The lovely Clare showed us around the property and she was so welcoming and friendly. 3 years agoMet with Stef as a friend referred me to TGEA after we had a really poor experience with Hunters. He's a genuine, decent, honest bloke who knows the area well and didn't promise the world, just let us know what to expect and what they would do. No big sell, just facts and trustworthy advice.
Ignoring the fact that we had an offer through in just a few of weeks, which we were stoked with, the big difference with TGEA was Stef and Clare. Both were in regular contact all the way through the process from the moment we met. We always knew what was going on and they were as quick to update us with bad news as they were with good. Came away from every conversation feeling like they had a plan, and we were able to completely trust them.

3 years agoThe Good Estate Agent provides 1st Class Customer Service and takes being customer centric to another level. Stef is hands down the best estate agent I have ever dealt with. He’s passionate about his customers and will make sure he’s there by your side every step of the way. Buying (or selling) a home can be extremely stressful, but having Stef took that stress away. He went out of his way to keep us updated at each stage through the process and was proactive in keeping things moving for everyone.

I would never ever go with anyone else other than ‘The Good Estate Agent’ - from start to finish he was brilliant . I’ve sold or tried to sell with other estate agents in the past but Stefan is a million times better than the rest. I know I’ve said this a million times - but seriously thank you ! ??

4 years agoWe recently sold our house with Stefan at The Good Estate Agent in Leigh, who was brilliant throughout the whole process. The professional pictures they took of our property helped it to sell within 24 hours of being put on the market, which you don’t often get with other estate agents.
Stefan constantly went above and beyond to keep us updated and was able to answer any questions we had - whatever time of day or night it was!
We would definitely recommend The Good Estate agent to anyone and especially Stefan.

5 years agoStefan at The Good Estate Agents has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole purchasing process of a recent apartment in a converted mill, from our very first viewing through to today's completion and handover nothing has been too much trouble to him, extremely responsive and helpful at all times.
We also asked Stefan to market & manage our other rental property, again we've been hugely impressed at how quickly he found us a great tenant & had them moved in within a few weeks.
We would definitely recommend Stefan at "The Good Estate Agents" to family, friends & anyone looking to sell or rent their properties in Leigh and it's surrounding area's.

5 years agoUsed Stefan at the Good estate agent. I honestly don't think he could have done any more.
Professional, polite and friendly. He really went further than he needed to to to aid with our purchase and I couldn't recommend anyone more than him and the good estate agent as a company.
I used a different estate agent for the sale of my property and it was world's apart. They're honestly getting a 1 star review.
