We used TQ law for our purchase of a property. I espcially love the website where is highlights our next steps with dates. Made the whloe process exciting when we got a notification!! They were great but the communication was a slight issues for me as i would recieve emails and im more of a verbal/by the phone person sometimes when i dont understand something as i was new to the process of buying a home. But having said that all issues were dealt with quicky and professional. 100% use them again if needed.

Absolutely Fabulous We were blessed to be looked after by Shaunna and Jade and they were amazing It's easy to give positive reviews when everything has been smooth - or as smooth as house purchases can ever be! What I am struck by is the professional way our purchase was managed when the going got really tough We were unlucky to have our first purchase fail when the seller discontinued.After a short period of sulking(by me) we teamed up to try again with another property.This was seamless in terms of managing by TQ and off we went again.Logging in to the portal was simple and we received regular updates in addition to this.Any queries were answered quickly and patiently explained. The stamp duty deadline was our completion date and with very little time before close of play the banking system couldn't confirm our payment.That is when you find out how valuable professionals are and to Shaunna, Jade and everyone at TQ LAW who helped us through that day, we send our heartfelt thanks. All of this for a fixed fee that was much lower than we were recommended by others means I have no hesitation in recommending them and would use them again in a heartbeat - now it's working normally after last week! They brought another level to conveyancing and even the "hold " music was soothing. Fabulous service and I hope their efforts are recognised and rewarded.

TQ law are AMAZING! We worked with team AC and we were honestly bawled over by their service. We set them the crazy task of trying to get completed ahead of the stamp duty change (approx 12 weeks) and they did it!!! They worked to their absolute socks off for us and we are so grateful. i never thought i would ever review a conveyancer, let alone a positive one with five stars, in our 15 years of working with properties. abi, katie and team ac who handled our sale was on the ball consistently. commucation was responsive, straight to the point, always kept us in the loop, a refreshing contrast to another firm we used only a few months ago that i had to chase twice a day, three days a week, for 6 months. the firm's operation is highly efficient, a credit to the management who designed a well considered procedures to maximise time on key areas, unlike a traditional way of working. i cannot thank team ac enough to deliver what they have agreed, within the timeframe we specified (five days ahead of deadline actually). no doubt tq law will be our first port of call for all our future transactions. thank you abi, katie and team ac at tq law.

I found TQ law through conveyancing index via Google and have used them for 2 sales and 1 purchase (my latest one was with Team CM). I am pleased with the service they provided and they are always on hand (particularly via email) to answer queries and give an update when I request it. They use virtual ID checks and online portals so I was able to do everything online and from the comfort of my own home. I would use again if needed!

Overall excellent, best law firm that I have dealt with. I would highly recommend TQ's services for conveyancing. They have just completed my purchase for a property purchased at auction and so we had to move quickly to meet the reservation deadline, which was achieved. Replies to emails were received within hours, rather than days or weeks which often seems to be the case for other solicitors. Everything seemed to be dealt with efficiently and all my questions were well answered. No hidden charges and legal fees were as expected from the quote. My case was dealt with by Abigail Carroll and her assistant Molly Baker who made this such a good service. I would definitely use TQ law again for any future property transactions.

As first time buyers we were very nervous with all the legal sides of buying our first house and didn't really understand much of the process. Potentially over cautiously at times, we wanted everything explaining to us which Team AC were able to do consistently. They were incredible throughout the whole process, constantly chasing others in the chain for us to get a really fast completion following us instructing them. Used TQ 3 times 2012, 2021 and 2021-2024. I understand that buying/selling process might be frustrating however solicitor is not here to make you feel better, they are here to make things happen. TQ at every ocassion played it's role well. I bought with TQgirls two properties and sold one. I do understand that contact sometimes may be limited but it is not customer service place it is a solicitor. They are simply working very hard, I think they take too much work (times are hard...) as I had updates also out of hours - very early in the morning and late in the evenings. Wanted to thank to teamKP from bottom of my heart, it was long and bumpy road I almost cant believe I will not be emailing you anytime soon... ;) Good luck and take care. Lukasz.
TQLaw have so far dealt with my previous flat’s lease extension and a house purchase. Ashley was brilliantly efficient and certainly knew her stuff when it come to leases! Making sure that everything was set when time certainly was not in abundance. Bryan and Mellissa dealt with my house purchase after, they were great, always contactable and progressed everything in good time with updates along the way. Whilst I don’t intend on using solicitors for a while I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to TQLaw.
This Law firm were excellent from beginning to end I first sold my property in September 2023 which the buyers pulled out of. I then took the property off the market due to bereavement and only put it back on the market in summer 2024 they did not charge me for this despite all the work that they had done I recently sold the property in October and there was lots of problems that occurred with the sale but Kathryn from TQ law was amazing and negotiated with buyers to make the sale happen I can’t reccomend them enough and the prices they charge are very cheap in comparison to other law firms. I recommend this Law firm 100%

Early days ATM I have recently appointed this firm to do transfer of title, my only reason for choosing them is simply Jessica who I initially started the process with, she went the extra mile to answer my questions before I even assigned them, so as loyalty to the company and supporting a local firm, I authorised their services, Jessica is now annual leave I didn't necessarily find the communication as smooth with her colleagues as I have with her, that said I may not of made myself clear, reading the feedback so far and email correspondence I am sure I am in safe hands, I have sought the services for a divorce matter (FDR) I just need a smooth transaction to end an ordeal of case.

I have used various conveyancing firms over the years, and unfortunately my experience hasn't always been a pleasant one. I have found TQ law through one of the comparesment websites and to be honest was expecting much. But I have to admit, I am very happy with my choice. We have just completed today,the process took roughly 8weeks. I appreciate that different factors will affect the time frame. I have been assigned Shaunna and Jade and I have found them very efficient and easy to deal with. You complete your documents via online account but also, get a phone number and a direct email to the person dealing with your case. My emails were always answered the same day, most times within minutes. Very happy and satisfied seller! Thankyou

If I could give TQ Law zero stars, I would do it without hesitation. My experience with this law firm while trying to acquire conveyancing services for my flat at Media City UK has been nothing short of a complete disaster. I instructed them to act on my behalf on February 28th 2023, on June 21st, out of the blue, I received an email from TQ Law, informing me that they had just realised the building was over 5 stories high, and they were unable to represent me. Unfortunately it turns out TQ Law aren't able to provide conveyancing services on buildings that are over 5 stories. I find it utterly unacceptable that it took them four months to realise such a crucial detail, wasting my precious time and delaying the entire process. What's even more infuriating is that there was no offer of a refund or any form of compensation for the colossal amount of time and effort I invested in this debacle. It's as if they couldn't care less about their mistakes and the impact it had on their clients. Instead I was sent an email that essentially told me 'Tough luck'. TQ Law seem to prioritise taking on cases without actually understanding whats involved. If they aren't able to provide conveyancing services for buildings over 5 stories - they should make that clear from the outset. My experience with TQ Law has left me feeling frustrated, disillusioned, and financially drained.

Responsive in communication which has been a previous big issue with other firms not answering calls, or emails for days or over a week but TQ Law were great. No sale no fee. Their online conveyancing instead of paperwork, printing & post was brilliant. Best online site too.Recommended to other people.

Team KP at TQ law were extremely helpful and reliable throughout our whole house-buying process. Our purchase was slowed down due to the sellers solicitors (in no control of Team KP) but they continued to stay in contact with me regularly, chase for me constantly and make sure everything was done in a very timely manner! Outstanding!!... Second property I've sold in two years and again i used TQ in Leigh, but this time my house was sold within 5 weeks? a cash sale, last year I sold my property within10 weeks? again using TQ Leigh, my advice to anyone using TQ, is to let them get on with the job, don't be impatient ringing for updates, just look out for the emails and reply promptly, they have time lines they stick to and they do there job well... fabulous job TQ.. I wouldn't use any other solicitor.
TQ Law helped us with the sale our our buy-to-let property. It wasn't a particularly straightforward sale but they kept at it and informed us of progress really well. Communication is key in these situations and they kept up with our requests for updates and helped us to understand where we were in the process each time we asked. We are a long distance from them so everything was done by email apart from the very last documents which needed to be posted. This suited us well as it meant we could respond as quickly as possible without needing to rely on the post. Great experience!

I just sold my property through TQ Law and the first thing I have to say there was absolutely no drama selling through them. It seemed like nothing was a problem and everything could be resolved They were always patient with requests to questions I had no answers to and things went smoothly. Especially for me as I live abroad so the whole legal sale was done with me not even being in the UK. Very professional and thankfully, to get that level of professionalism, they did not break my bank balance with astronomical fees. Look I get it.
