1 year agoI've used Karen Baker twice now, first time for selling, and the second for buying. Her knowledge and help is second to none. She picked four faults in the sellers solicitors contract, which would have caused so many problems further down the line. I would highly recommend her & Heyman &Co............Thank you Karen.

She came recommended by my sister who works in the mortgage sector and heard/had experienced clients being very happy with her. She was exactly what I needed. Clear and honest advice. Would use again before risking anywhere else.

2 years agoWhen we were purchasing our first house, Heyman & co were recommended by a few friends and family members. We were put in contact with Karen, Who was able to spot a massive flaw in our first house the second she received the paperwork, one that would have caused major headaches down the line. Thankfully, we took on her advice and looked elsewhere - Finding a much better house that more suited our needs. Throught the buying process, Karen was extremely responsive, giving her full thoughts and being straight to the point - which helped us massively in making decisions especially as this was out first purchase. Fantastic service all around and extremely friendly!!

2 years agoHeyman are a fantastic Solicitors. Very fast in the service they provide and so friendly. They go above and beyond and it never feels like its just about money. I have used other solicitors and never found them very accessible when needed. I would highly recommend Heyman and Co. I can't criticise them in any way.

Kirsty was our allocated file handler and we were exceptionally well looked after. Kirsty kept us fully up to date, gave us clear and concise information and was on the ball throughout the whole process.
We have had a really positive experience with Heyman & Co and would not go anywhere else in the future. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

4 years agoI can't comment on service once instructed but I phoned for a quote for selling a house, gave all my details, was told they'll email me a pack. No pack sent so phoned up to be told they're not taking on any cases. Very disappointed considering last week I was told they would send me the quote and pack, now they're suddenly not taking on cases. Also disappointed because I had been recommended their service from a family member who have used them recently. I also part own a small private company involving buying and selling houses, needless to say I won't be sending business their way.

5 years agoIf you are buying or selling an house or land anywhere in the area then this is the go to Solicitors. Have used them over a dozen times, some simple some not so but always professional and personal throughout - and both Michael and Karen have personalities !!!! No magical 'extras' on the bill and from personal experience are weeks faster than others close by.

5 years agoBest solicitors by far, used them several years personally but also in a work capacity, they are one of the few solicitors that actually still pick up a phone and talk to clients and other solicitors alike, they are down to earth, call a spade a spade and in 12 years of working with them in the property sector, I can honestly and genuinely say that they are head and shoulders above the rest. Never in 12 years recommending them through as an estate agent branch manager have I had one complaint! Brilliant team, Karen and Michael are brilliant, highly highly recommend!

5 years agoHeyman and Co undertook the conveyance for my house purchase. Mr Caplin and the team were excellent throughout the whole process. Extremely knowledgeable and supportive, especially with the extra obstacles created by Covid-19. I would highly recommend their services.
