Very poor service. Was promised a response by last Wednesday, Thursday at the absolute latest as case was time sensitive. Despite trying to call several times and emails being sent, solicitor constantly 'away from desk' or 'in a meeting'. Don't set expectations you can't meet.

2 years agoI could not recommend Catherine @ Mark Reynolds more highly, I urgently needed a document certifying for the sale of my house that Catherine was NOT dealing with, she immediately made time for me and I was able to get the document certified within 30mins of initial contact. You could not possibly get a better service. Catherine was extremely helpful and really pushed the boat out for us, thank you so much!! 5* service no question..

2 years agoI was transferred from my local Marc Reynolds solicitors to the Leigh office due to my solicitor going on maternity leave, I was dealt with directly by Catherine Sheehy who got on top of the case straight away. Catherine was very helpful and gave great advise even when I was going to accept one offer she advised me the best form of action to take and got me a higher offer. Catherine has been great at all the steps to take and kept in regular contact during the whole process while also helping me understand the process from beginning to end. I highly recommend anyone with personal claims to contact Marc Reynolds solicitor and if you're very lucky you may get Catherine to deal with your case.

4 years agoHad a burglary at my business, where a significant amount of stock was taken, I then had a long winded and horrendous experience with my insurance, where it felt like they were trying their best to find issues and reasons as to not pay the full amount of the claim. I decided to seek to legal advise and was dealt with by Catherine at Mark Reynolds. Very quickly after Catherine sent the insurance company a letter, they settled and paid the the full claimed amount. After months and months of struggling, she got it sorted with one letter! Highly recommend Mark Reynolds law firm for their friendly service and the relutls they produce. Thank you Catherine ?

4 years agoI had a small matter that needed to be dealt with and witnessed by a solicitor. After contacting several solicitors who either didn't get back to me or wouldn't help me unless they could charge a small fortune, I found this company via a Google search and what a find they are! From our first conversation to the finish Catherine was fantastic. She was professional, friendly and super efficient when we met to complete the documents. Not only would I 100% recommend Catherine to anyone who needs a solicitor. She also managed to see us on the same day and within hours of attending she finalised our document we required for my daughters passport. And how glad I did! From start to finish Catherine was fantastic. She was professional, friendly and extremely responsive to my needs. During a very difficult time in Lockdown when many businesses are closed to customers, Catherine was happy to meet me in the branch office within a few days of me contacting them. She took the time to review my case without charge. A very professional, polite and helpful lady, who i would not hesitate to contact again should I need to.

5 years agoI needed a quick appointment for a witness signature as my previous lawyer had to cancel due to illness. I emailed, received a response within a couple of hours, and was slotted in the next day. Everyone was very friendly and nice, we were done in minutes, and all Covid precautions were taken. The next time I need a lawyer for anything, I'm checking here first!
