This company built some apartments in Helsby for Lancet Homes, however they are not interested in doing the snagging list supplied to them by Lancet and ourselves. There are broken manhole covers that have been like that since before anyone moved in, pointing not finished properly, at least one window with a large gap to the sill beneath, doors inside to the meter/electric cupboards that are not fireproof. This is on top two of the most annooying snags at the beginning of a sloping living room floor and a non compliant elctric socket close to the skirting board.
