Visited the store last week for my housebound parents some shoes and slippers. The lady who helped me with the blonde hair was so very helpful in assisting me to find the right slippers for both parents and shoes and sandals for my mum. You took the stress out of the visit and saved me returning, as all fit perfectly. Thank you! for your excellent customer care - it's appreciated.

Don't usually leave reviews but feel like I have to,my mother used to work here for years and it's always been a good shoe store, anyway my wife gets the kids shoes from here but not anymore.The other day she bought some shoes for my son and she wanted to pay half cash half card because she didn't have enough cash on her,when she got to the till the man was incredibly rude and obnoxious to her saying you cannot do that,you can pay half and half he probably couldn't be bothered,his sale technique isnt very good and he shouldn't be working in retail if he behaves like that ,word of advice get some manners and treat people with respect.

Totally unexpected! A veritable mine of lovely footwear! Quality brands including Sketchers, Rieker, Easy B (recommended by podiatrists), Padders and Hotter. Loads of choice. I'll definitely be back.

A shop full of various footwear. I gave it four stars because when we went it staff were so busy moving large boxes of goods around and I had to move out of their way. I am disabled and it wasn’t easy for me, although they were polite and very friendly.
