4 years agoI was looking for a particular item in 'Clarks'. I couldn't find it, the Staff were very helpful. They found my item, above and beyond and found exactly what I was searching for. The best bit, was when they said the price was reduced by half. WOW, how good was that. So, instead of 1 item, I can potentially have 2 items. 2 for 1 is fabulous. Thank you Clarks ! xx

4 years agoI bought 2 pairs of shoes from Clarks both the same style and swap them around let one pair air out while wearing the other pair one big problem they are really comfortable and you have to take them off for bed oh maaan thanks Clarks

5 years agoAbsolutely shocking, didnt have any interest in helping us, felt like she just didnt want us to be there, why sell shoes in every width if you have to order online becuase they dont stock your width ridiculous.

5 years agoWent in today for some shoes for my daughter, I should have really walked out when I was waiting for the non-interested staff member to stop chatting with her friend.
Anyway my daughter was measured and we found a pair that my daughter liked and unfortunately they were not in stock, however the lady said that I could pay and they will order them in which was fine. When I asked for an expected delivery date she just said they’ll “get here when they get here, could be next week or could be a few weeks”. Why would I pay and not even receive an expected date to collect them??
She said I could order online instead, so I’ve just been online to order them to find out that they don’t even do her size in the shoe that we wanted. Rubbish customer service, won’t be going here anymore.

6 years agoThis shop is situated in the little shopping precinct, in the centre of Leigh. They are not the cheapest of shoes, but they are of a decent quality and comfort and often have many shoes and handbags on offer.parking next to the shopping centre ,there is a charge, but if you drive around a little,there are plenty of free up to 30 minutes and 1 hour parking spaces.
