Myself and my younger cousin went here today and were utterly shocked by what happened to us. We went in together to look for an outfit for myself. Another lady was in there of the same ethnicity as us both, she was apparently “stealing”. I went to try some clothes on in the fitting room when I came out the look of fear on my baby cousins face I immediately knew something was wrong. 2 of the male staff members had the audacity to come over and grabbed my cousin she is 16 years old, they had no right to put their hands on her she didn’t even have any items of clothing in her hands. They accused us both of stealing with the other lady who had already walked out of the store, so the grown adult woman who they thought was stealing walked out without a word said to her but we got the bad treatment . How dare they come and intimidate a child she was very shaken up when we got out to the car. I hope the two members of male staff are proud of theirselves for scaring an innocent child. Must make you feel great 👍🏻 Fair enough they asked us to leave which we did but I am utterly disgusted by how we were treated. Safe to say I would not go back to this store the staff are racist towards our ethnicity and are intimidating towards a child that wasn’t doing anything wrong she was waiting for me to come out of the fitting room. It was not fair that we had to face that sort treatment because of what somebody else was doing who we didn’t even know. Suppose they paint us all with the same brush which is very wrong this day and age. It’s stereotyping and pure racism!

Attended this store mid afternoon on a Friday, excellent choice and good stock levels, special mention to Craig very knowledgeable and helpful . Definitely recommend to family and friends and will use again.

I usually go to the Warrington JD but there's not much choice for girls so I went this one yesterday and wasn't disappointed, it's bigger with more choice for girls, my daughter was happy and left with a gorgeous new track suit, definitely worth a look, I'll be going back.
