Good value shoes, although sometimes the quality can be a bit hit and miss

I have never been so blatantly ignored by an assistant. As I approached the till the two women behind the desk carried on their conversation as if I wasn't there. I placed my three pairs of shoes/slippers on the desk and when I attempted to put one pair in my bag I was informed that they had not been scanned. I realised then that they had carried on their conversation rather than serving me so I asked that the shoes be scanned, explaining that my car was in a time zone. From that moment on I was not spoken to other than to be told that I had £24.99 to pay. When I reached home I checked my bill and realised that the discount for the slippers (2 for £12.99) had not been applied and the total charged to my card was, in fact, £28.97 - I had trusted the assistant to tell me the correct price; she definitely knew what she had done. I will never go into Shoe Zone again, they are welcome to the £3 that should have been deducted. I would suggest a training session but I have a feeling the trainer would also be ignored.

Had shoes displayed in the window for one price £29.99. Different in store. £39.99. They just took the discounted price out of the window. And said they are £39.99. Check any discounted price before you goto the till. As priced incorrectly. Did not purchase on principle.
