Disappointing Service!!! Shame, as there are nice stock items online. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! No-one ever picks up the phone or responds to emails following an online order (yet, your auto email/fb response is please call the store number but it never gets picked up!!!) Received incorrect size that is stated on Precious website. Followed instructions to return it - paid for return cost, which due to it being store error, I am owed return - which I am STILL waiting for!! No-one has the decency to call or email back. Very rude, disappointing service indeed!!! I am not the sort of person who writes reviews or gets frustrated, but on this occasion I feel it is understanding for feeling this way!!

3 years agoNever been to this store but my partner wanted some nomination charms for his mum for Christmas. The lady who served us was very helpful and even tho we were taking ages she didn't rush us at all unlike other jewellers we have visited in the past. They also sell pandora charms so partner for me 1 as a extra bonus for Christmas . Will definitely be visiting this store more in future

3 years ago10/10, really fast delivery on Thomas Sabo bracelet, with an amazing price point, half the price of any other retail store admittedly I wasn't sure when ordering because there wasn't enough out there to go on, but there should be!!!, can't fault it in any way - impressive, really pleased.

4 years agoI do not recommend anyone to go there , I had very bad experience , the item I purchased was on sale and non exchangeable but no one told me it’s non exchangeable and on sale ! Once I get back to them for exchange says SALE ITEM NOT EXCHANGEABLE, before I bought a necklace that colour faded in 2 weeks! No worth it the money ! Never ever I go and I tell as many as people to don’t go in this fake shop !

5 years agoWe have been regular customers of Precious for many years, one of the best if not THE BEST shop that has served Leigh for many years. Excellent staff who always go above a beyond and an extensive collection of jewellery for everyone's taste. Always our first port of call for every celebration,we would not dream of going anywhere else.special mention for Emma, who works tirelessly in making it all a success, Thankyou for all you do, Simply the best.

6 years agoI am disgusted with the service I received, this morning at Precious Jewelers in Leigh. At the end of June I ordered a Pandora ring for my grandaughter as they did not have the right size in stock and they said they would let me know when it arrives in the shop . They rang me towards the end of July to say it was now in and had been reserved for me . When we went in to collect it and on paying I was told that it was not now £55 but £60. I could not believe it as I would have thought if you ordered something it would be at that price . I am so annoyed and disgusted in how I have been treated. I will never purchase anything else from there again .
