Never used this place before. Doubt we’ll use it again. Waited nearly 2 hours for delivery. Rang to ask where order was to be told it had already been delivered. Rumbly tums say otherwise. Deeply unhelpful when we rang them. Avoid.

1 year agoWaited 1 hour and 40 minutes for food, rang them after 1 hour and was told would be 25 minutes, never got our food went to kfc instead, will not be ordering again!!

1 year agoFirst off all the salt and pepper chips were soppy 0 flavour the chicken balls would put a window threw an been there days rice was uncle bens worse thing ever deffo uks worse Chinese keep ur money even dogs turned there nose 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

1 year agoI used to go here every Friday and Saturday after snooker as he was open late. It hasn't changed that much, the food is still good, same friendly atmosphere and reasonably priced.

1 year agoWaited over 2 hours for our food after ordering on Uber eats predicted delivery time being 8:30 still waiting at 22:00!! When rang to ask were the order was, man who answered the phone very rude! Disrespectful and bad mannered. Will not be ordering from here again!!!

1 year agoHad a beef Szechuan last night and it was completely inedible.. I like spicy food but it was hotter than a vindaloo just impossible to eat so it went straight in the bin 🤢 the rice was burnt and prawn toast dry and over cooked cost us £45 for 2 won’t be ordering again

1 year agoSpecial fried rice tasted burned. The ribs were just batter and fat. Overall didn't really enjoy it for the money spent. However the Salt and pepper chicken piece were lovely.

2 years agoWe always order from here and enjoy the food every time! Its definitely the best Chinese we’ve tried, gets delivered quickly and is always hot. The only thing I would to say to improve on is adding more sauce to the tubs please :) Thank you!

2 years agoFood tasted good arrived quickly but there was hardly anything in the tins, the portions are way too small for the price.

2 years agoHere is my apparent salt and pepper chips and chicken that is quite literally Fried chips in like a sweet salt oily flavour. I paid £7.20 for the tray alone, the sauce was £2.50 all in all coming to £18.20 including service fee and delivery I’m appalled! This has never seen salt and pepper in its life and I’ve waited over an hour for literally a tray of awful chips I’m so disappointed and WILL NOT be ordering again I suggest to avoid this fake Chinese takeaway. !

3 years agoThe one star was for service. The food was terrible. Never seen ‘ribs’ like it!!!! Very little meat and then deep fried in some kind of salty batter. The rest was no better.

3 years agoThe food (that was right) was good but they got my order wrong, gave me pork spring rolls instead of vegetarian ones and being a vegetarian this really upset me and now in a panic as I have emetophobia.

3 years agoBest for miles. Fresh prawns every time, loads of meat on the ribs and everything we order is always full of flavour. Be stupid to go elsewhere. This is the old owners review. The new owners won't get a penny of my money. Change the name as you don't offer the same quality in terms of food standards. Ordered once and got a full refund. Threw the food in the bin and wouldn't even let my dog eat the ribs.

3 years agoThe VERY BEST Chinese takeaway in Leigh. The mock-selection is unbelievably delicious and I'm not even vegetarian. If I could give this place 10 stars I would, 5 doesn't justify how much of a hidden gem this place really is.

4 years agoFood was ok, vermicelli was bland and was supposed to be spicy. Too much veg and not enough meat in the noodle dishes considering ordered the ‘specials’. Chips and bbq ribs were nice but wouldn’t order again.

4 years agoIt was absolutely gorgeous! Ordered the sharing box and it was plenty food for two people, really enjoyed the rice and noodles. Only downside were the ribs were very fatty so these got left ?

4 years agoWorst food I've ever tasted. They don't even use real chicken for the satay skewers, they use a mushy chewy spongy type thing as a substitute for the chicken, everything tasted absolutely disgusting. Dry tasteless rice, noodles with no salt, overcooked tasteless beef, the only thing that was enjoyable was the banana fritter, I assume someone else makes this. Do not order from here.

4 years agoWaited 2 hours for my order and still not arrived. I understand it's Christmas Eve and it's going to get busy but this is a joke. The phone line is constantly busy so can't even speak to anyone. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Wasn't even a small order either so I'm not happy at all.

4 years agoIt would be even lower if we actually received our food. We ordered at approximately 5:30pm for 7:30pm to 8pm delivery from Ubereats It is now 9pm and the number is either constantly engaged or when someone answers they were not helpful at all. I would say avoid but alas I’m sure their food might be decent - if we actually received it so now I have to go through the rigmarole of getting a refund.

4 years agoWaited over 2 hours for our order and rang after an hour and a half to check where it was (recommended 1hr wait time), no one answers the phone, can’t even go on the website because they don’t have enough bandwidth, no one to get in touch with and we’ve paid! No one even bothers to let you know that they can’t fulfil your order or that they’ll be late etc. extremely poor service and will never use them again. Don’t recommend!

4 years agoWouldn’t answer the phone called 3+ times. If you are too busy to handle orders you can have the decency to answer the phone to tell people but never seems that busy when i drive past

5 years agoBrilliant food. It's always really tasty and you can tell it's freshly made. Food is always ready for collection when they say it will be ready too. It's our "go-to" Chinese takeaway.

6 years agoVery impressed with my order tonight. Good portion sizes, my sweet/sour pork was tasty. The beef fried rice was stunning and the prawn toast got the thumbs up from the grandkids. Will deffo be calling again soon.
