Awful food the kebab meat come thick thick like door stopper could of used it as sand paper Grissle in chicken

1 year agoOrdered a calzone and cheesy chips, however when I rang to say that it wasn't cooked thoroughly, the fillings of the calzone were freezing cold as though to was folded and put on the grill for less than a minute to only just melt the cheese, I was told, and I quote, "if I'd have cooked it more, you would have complained that it was burned on the outside". No my friend, there's a difference between heating up and cooking thoroughly, and do not try to call me the likes of love, sweetheart and darling just to get around me. I don't know what has happened to this place but it defiantly isn't what it once was. If I could give it no stars or minus, I definitely would

1 year agoWhen I'm in Leigh I always come to this place for a pizza 🍕. Possibly the best pizza in the world.. 10/10 for the pizza 10/10 for the friendly staff.

1 year agoChicken kebab was like mush, had to use kitchen roll to soak it up as the garlic mayo was like water and the so called naan bread was as thin as a wrap, ended up in the bin won't be going again.

1 year agoGot a mixed Donna chicken and shish kebab worst kebab ever the lamb and chicken is dry and is over cooked and the Donna meat is like rubber won't be going again

2 years agoOrdered a donner and chicken calzone. Chicken is like processed and reheated in microwave and order was wrong. When rang up we was expected to go pick it up and the rest of food be cold rather than them send another out (correct) due to it being their mistake and they said “that won’t be possible”.

2 years agoBought kebab meat from this place and had me up all night bad stomach pains with runs and stomach still not right next morning something very iffy about this place to do that when eating from them. Be very aware when eating food from this place, I myself will definitely not be eating from this place again.

2 years agoA always order the special kebab and its the best thing in this world and the one to come.. Eat as soon as get it and don't keep it for tomorrow. Always order fresh because some ingredients are best served hot and yet some best served cold so you can't reheat it. You may lose texture along the way. Like all good this it takes time to make so call in so they start making it before you get there. it can take up to 20mins so don't wait till you're hungry to place an order. Know you will have tea at 1600hrs so order at 1540hrs. One is good for two if you're sharing with a lady on diet otherwise two men will need two so no one has to stare at the other... Better filling than the big Mac by far with traceable ingredients

2 years agoLarge chicken kebab was the worst iv ever had chicken was well over cooked even burnt in place so very dry asked for all sauce got a little bit of chilli sauce and the nana was as white as a ghost I don’t even think it had been on the grill so I will never go here again this is not the first time we have had bad food from here but being from Leigh I still go here but not anymore

3 years agoInconsistent and expensive. It varies between edible stodge and inedible dog food. Tonight was worse than dog food and you've lost a customer. I'm sad because it could be good with better management and standards.

3 years agoJust ordered the worst donner meat & chips I’ve had in a long time donner meat stone cold and chips three ton of salt on them so if you’re looking for a kebab after 11.30 on Sunday don’t waste you money just go home

3 years agoPlace is dirty and a fire hazard, don't look at the ceilings or the electrical sockets above the fryers, and God knows when the last time that apron was washed. Over priced bland food, never again

3 years agoDISGUSTING Food simply made for drunk out of your mind can't see can't taste can't think.... wasted to the teeth type of food. Food is not healthy nor is it fresh. EVEN THE LETUCE WAS SUGGY.... ? ? NOT FRESH. Council needs to do some mandatory healthy checks around here.

3 years agoI’ve eaten at the casba for years and it’s a good treat on a Saturday night I absolutely love their food I’m a regular so they know me when I phone up (the cheese pizza is the best) I really recommend for anyone looking for a good takeaway!

3 years agoOrdered a kebab at nearly ÂŁ5. Salad tasted stale, cheap hard pitta and awful undercooked meat. Possibly the worst kebab I have ever eaten. Avoid at all costs, they do not know how to prepare food and are a disgrace to the town of Leigh!!

3 years agoAbsolutely disgusting waited 2hours for it. It came freezing I don’t know what was worse the burger or chips they was vile especially the bloody sauces paid 20 pounds for absolute rank food that was cold wouldn’t recommend at all also found a hair!!!! The amount of onion on my burger is just a joke no salad just onion! The bun was also soggy

3 years agoOrdered 4 pizzas all came with pizza bases undercooked that much they were soggy doughy mess rang them and all I got was we were last delivery so rushed and manager was not there nothing they could do.... Disgusting..

4 years agonot ordered from casba for 6 months because it was shocking after 6 months its still shocking cold donner meat chicken strips which are the cheapest of cheap chicken pieces absolutely disgusting my wife asked for plenty of salad on her chicken kebab and she got a sprinkling of lettuce that was it ! casba is not what it used to be never again

4 years agoVery Very Very slow simple order took over 1hr.40 mins came all soaking wet as it's been sat in a bag a long while. Not the first time it's been this bad it's the last time we will use others next time.

4 years agoBest kabab shop in Leigh always my go to place after a night out and alway the home takeaway when we have one ruffly 2 time a month can not fault them at all the food is always amazing and always delivered on time I really carnt fault this place ❤️❤️❤️

4 years agoOrdered from here before reading the reviews. If I had read the reviews first I would have avoided this takeaway however, we really enjoyed our meal from here. Obviously I can't comment on other customers experience, just ours, but it was really nice. I ordered hot and spicy pizza and hubby ordered kebab with salad and onion rings and food was nice and fresh, piping hot and not greasy. Also the chillies were fresh chillies and not pickled ones so that's a good bonus too. Felt it was slightly overpriced hence the 4 stars but overall enjoyed the food, delivery driver was very pleasant and would order again.

5 years agoNot the best quality of service or food. Don't waste your time writing any request in the comments they don't seem to read them. Resulting in the driest, coldest most tasteless kebab ever. The bin seemed OK with it. ÂŁ23 worth of food with ÂŁ12 worth edible.

5 years agoOrdered from here on Saturday night, we had the steak burgers, chips and onion rings. Hands down best burgers I've had in a while. Delivery was super quick and staff proper friendly. Will defo be ordering again soon! Thanks guys!!

5 years agoBought a Mighty Meaty Pizza and Chips with Garlic Mayo. Been a loyal customer there for years. Food was cold and the pizza looked like what I can only describe as if it had been turned upside down and shaken in the box (see pic). The same happened last week but with Chicken Wings added to the mix. And the same story week before that. First time it can be forgiven, second time it can be tolerated, but never a third time. I called the owners and I was dismissed with, “I’ll give you your order half price next time.” I told the owner that if I was in a restaurant then I would send the food back and not pay for it. However, he did not offer once on replacing the order no matter how much I pushed, with me even asking for the driver to return and collect the food and replace it. They had my money (as I bought it by card via Just Eat) and that's all that mattered to them. I will not be returning and The Casba have now lost a customer of many years.

5 years agoAfter ordering our pizzas, the order was wrong, they collected said wrong order and then put the correct fillings on the returned pizzas claiming to be freshly made? Definitely not. Somehow adding an eaten piece from somewhere , burnt crust and under cooked fillings, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Have reported to FSA and wigan council regarding food poisoning and Food Hygiene Standards.
