The sunbeds are dirty; the staff are rude and they struggle to even stand up to greet you from behind the desk, let alone show any level of customer service or kindness. They are actually really hard faced and I saw the girl behind the desk talking to another girl about a customer who was on the bed saying they smelt bad and they where making jokes about it.. so perfect shop if you wanna be ignored or basically bullied by the staff.. wonāt be back that for sure!!!

1 year agoPlease update your website ! Arrived 16.45 on Sunday. Door locked, staff inside confirmed it was closed. Webpage said you close at 5 ? During the week it says 9 & you can go on up until that time. Disappointing having taken the time.

1 year agoAbsolutely amazing. Meghan who works on the desk was so kind, caring patient and friendly. Sheās a true asset to the company. The sun beds are brilliant and defiantly give results from the get go. Price is amazing and fair and surprisingly cheaper than what I expected. The rooms are clean and thereās no added extra costs for goggles etc. thereās free parking at the back which is easy to access and there are two doors one at the front and one at the back which saves time walking. I would highly recommend.

2 years agoPlace itself Ancient & outdated. Bought full course and there was no difference at all . Dont think this old beds were ever retubed ! Don't waste you time and money. You get exactly 2 minutes to get undressed, forget about putting any bronzing lotion as there is no time for this !

The sunbeds are the biggest I've ever seen !! I'm nearly 16 stone , 6ft tall and I could starfish on them, the tubes are very strong so only needed to do 5 minutes unlike other sunbeds I have used in the past and had to do at least 10.
