1 year agoThis place is one traditional pub. You can't change it. You wouldn't wanna change it and the wrong lady Maureen is amazing. Always feel welcome in there. Great place to go if you visit me.

2 years agoGreat atmosphere with friendly punters. A good old-fashioned punk bar with a fabulous tribute act. Star lost because of poor beer selection. Guinness was good, though

2 years agoTop town centre pub...great Joseph Holt's beers and lagers plus other brands... reasonable prices and friendly bar staff...live music most weekends and lively tap room with excellent jukebox plus pool table...a must if in Leigh ???

2 years agoA pub for the trouble makers and a pub for the local drug people they bared me for making a complaint about the smell of drugs and watch out for people recording you. And they make fun out of people with disabilities and only allow people in if they think you fit in. And watch out for the lady with colour hair she complains about new customers I wouldn't recommend. Beware of the landlady Mo.

2 years agoThe landlady Mo is a lovely lady and nothing is too much trouble. I play in there with my band. The crowd are always good fun with some real characters. A proper English Town centre pub. Staff are always really good behind the bar and service is great. Great place for live music.

3 years agoNormally go to the muskateer Friday and Saturday night when they have live music Always a good night with most bands playing classic rock Average prices for drinks depending on what you have This is now the only live music venue in my hometown of Leigh Lancs

4 years agoThere's something about this pub that keeps on drawing the two of us back, time and time again! Proper pub, with friendly staff and good selection of drinks at pocket friendly prices. They had a punk tribute band on last time we went in and they were fantastic.

4 years agoNice friendly staff, bottled drinks are very reasonable prices - 3 Coronas for £6.50. Draft beer good prices too. Quiet pub that takes in passing trade until towards 9.30pm. Watched the band Woodstock and they went down very well.
