The food is great but the waiting times really let them down when ordering for delivery.
You are talking 90 minutes wait for takeaway which is too long for a lot of people.

1 year agoAlways order from here but my last order was missing curly fries and cheese. Phoned up to be told they was to busy to send it and would take 45 mins or I could get them free in my next order which I choose to do. So ordering tonight and put in the comments to add on the missing curly fries and cheese from my last order which they did but no cheese, that’s fine can handle that but then my nann bread was missing from the kebab. Tried to phone 8 times and no answer. Don’t think I’ll be ordering again after this.

1 year agoSat up and waited for an hour and 20 minutes until 01:10 for a completely wrong order to be delivered. Phone rang out the first time and then they kept cutting me off multiple times after that. Luckily it was through just eat so I can get a refund. Howether we were regular customers and this is a real big let down

1 year agoOrdered from here three times now and each time I have been meaning to write a review because the food has been amazing. Hot, fresh, good quality. The staff are polite and friendly too. The Pizzas are lovely, the kebabs are lovely with good quality meat and the spicy chicken wings are something else. You must try their own sweet chili sauce too!! Apologies for not getting any pictures, the food was too nice ?

2 years agoOrdered two large pizzas which cost £30 but they didn’t arrive and I couldn’t contact them to ask where the delivery was as the phone number didn’t work. Poor. Avoid

4 years agoWhat a complete shambles , if it was the first time this had happened I would have put it down to being a one off ,,sadly not the case , picked up my order personally, on arriving home I person's order completely missing , when phoning pizza pier they for me I had to go back and pick it up myself, after explaining that my food would go cold if I had to return to the shop , basically if I wanted the missing meal pick it up or don't not their problem, really not impressed with the service or food

4 years agoNot good even though waited for 90mins, one of the pizzas had a raw base and went in the bin, fries were cold soggy and inedible not a good first impression.

6 years agoOrdered my meal, which was 1 hour delivery. When my pizza arrived, it was wrong. They said would send another pizza out for me, which then took another hour to arrive. I rang up to complain about waiting so long on a pizza that they had sent out wrong. The guy that was on the phone was extremely rude, talking over me, saying I made him make two pizza's. In which I corrected him saying it was his own fault for sending the wrong pizza. They guy spoke over me, wouldn't let me speak and then put the phone down on me.
Extremely rude, very poor customer service.

6 years agoCancelled our order without any reason. Bad business, surprised this place is still I'm business after reading the reviews. The last time we used them, they were really late. We thought we'd give them another chance but wish we hadn't have bothered.

6 years agoReally poor food and service. Took over 2 hours to arrive only to be cold with things missing. No refund and quite argumentative when challenged. Order from elsewhere would be my advise. Only a 1 star food hygiene rating also....you have been warned!!

6 years agoDO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. 1 star hygiene rating, EXTREMLY SLOW delivery and poor customer service. Much better places to order better quality food from in Leigh. 2.5 hrs for the food to arrive after several calls to ask where it was, after being advised a 45 min delivery time on ordering. Food cold on arrival so complained and asked for refund. NO REFUND. COLD FOOD FOR MY £26. Do not order from here. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

6 years agoUsually great food but on more than one occasion we were waiting over 2 hours for delivery, if we were told this before or upon ordering it would be fine but you aren't. Also phoning for an estimate isn't helpful either and they make up a time on the spot and the food still doesn't arrive. Dissappointing because as said food is usually ok.

7 years agoIf I could rate it 0 stars I would. Our pizza was 40 minutes late and when I called to check what was happening the person I spoke to was unapologetic and rude. When the pizza did finally turn up they got our order wrong but after an hour and 40 minutes of waiting for this pizza we decided to ignore it. The pizza though was disgusting, the chicken was yellow and the pizza was sloppy, I could only eat 2 slices and wouldn't be surprised if I got sick from it. Would not recommend this place to anyone, wouldn't feed a dog this food. Should of stuck with Domino's

8 years agoOrdered through just eat. Took them over 2 hours to deliver. Food was missing and what arrived was cold and inedible and non fit for human consumption! Lettuce was brown and congealed fat on cold garlic mushrooms and wrong ingredients on baby calzone. Had to report to trading standards as good food practice wasn't followed and nearly poisoned a family member with severe allergies when they were given clear instructions about them. Would avoid at all costs!!!
