I have been using this garage for the past three years and have been satisfied with all work carried out on my car. I was kept informed on each occasion with regards to the relevant work that needed to be carried out and felt my vehicle was in good hands with the friendly and professional service I received. Over the years I have been using this garage I have built up trust for them in order for them to carry out work on a very special car that I have. I can't recommend this garage enough.. you pay for what you get in my eyes and I've always been pleased with their work.

£175 for silver service. What a joke! Oil still looks old and sticky not topped up to maximum not topped coolant up to maximum(definitely not flushed as stated) window washer not topped up! Oil spilt on engine and pipes. Probably not changed filters either. Filter box not put bk properly all loose. Stained my passenger seat with a bum shaped Oil patch. That wasn't there this morning. Basically all they have done to keep me happy is replace sump plug ( not sure if that's because I'm a lady and they think I know nothing) I will be back tomorrow to complain. Definitely not recommended take your vehicle elsewhere

Took my car for mot failed on emissions apparently wanted 2500 pounds for a new dpf took it too another garage said there was nothing wrong with it apart from a couple of bulbs

Took my car in with a running fault. They said it was a faulty fuel injector and charged me £550 to fix it. I got the car back and it was stalling, juddering and blowing black smoke out the exhaust. They were very dismissive and failed to explain the stalling and black smoke. Basically I got my car back in a worse running condition than when I took it in. I feel let down and robbed. Currently in the process of bringing legal action.

Failed MOT on emissions,worried in case it was DPF Filter,however problem sorted with hydrocarbon flush,my wallet was well happy,booked in for service on Friday, recommend this place

I would seriously suggest taking your car issues elsewhere. I used this garage over a year ago now and I'm still feeling the backlash of doing so. Not only did they over charge me for the service they provided, they then broke the car (meaning it engaged limp mode) and continued to try and tell me that there was nothing wrong with it, even with it being limited to 1500rpm. They then snapped one of the heads from the coil pack, causing it to mis-fire. Again, no mention of this. The car was supposed to be fixed within a week. It wasn't, it was away for about 1 month, with it having to go back and forth several times to be repaired. All of this for a timing chain, which, 1 year on, has failed, and i have been told it was due to "shoddy workmanship" - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

After a positive experience having a minor repair carried out at P&T I decided to take our car back to them for a replacement clutch. Unfortunately that was a big mistake. £700 for the clutch, and they tried to upsell a replacement flywheel (which I refused). Driving the car away from P&T the clutch was extremely sensitive and gear change into 1st & reverse was difficult. Returned the car to them a few weeks later to give them the chance to rectify but they told us it was 'fine', predictably suggesting it was because we hadn't opted for a new flywheel, and that the poor gear change might be due to a faulty gearbox! We persevered with the car a few more months but the problem was becoming worse. Finally took the car to another garage I've used before, they stripped the clutch down and found cross-threaded bolts, missing screws, cables misaligned, and suspected the clutch plate and slave cylinder hadn't even been changed, or possibly 2nd hand parts used. Minor wear found to the flywheel but not to the extent that it would cause noticeable issues. After forking out another £700 for another clutch kit and a proper fitting job the car now at least drives perfectly. At best it was very shoddy workmanship by P&T, and at worst we may have paid for parts and labour that was never even carried out. Will never use again, and will not recommend to others - unless they just need a light bulb changing.

Avoid at all cost, especially when you want your AC serviced. They will charge you for leak test and refrigerant top up, they won’t check for leaks, and when your AC stops working after few days they will lie to you that there was no leaks at the time as they checked. Then they will quote you ridiculous price to get the leak fixed and they will refuse to give you a refund. These people shouldn’t be allowed near other people’s cars. AVOID unless you want to lose your money.

A no BS garage! Which is hard to come by these days in my opinion. Excellent service and more than competitive pricing. If you have never tried this garage I honestly believe you should! As long as P&T is open I will never use another garage. No more searching for the cheapest quote with the best service, it is all here in one place.

I've been using this garage for years, the staff are always friendly and I can always guarantee the prices are competitive. They are trustworthy to always to a good job and when something needs repairing, they go out of the way to explain and show what's happened. The repairs are fast and my car is always soon back on the road the same day.
