Jigsaw offered me a property on 9th December, 2 salters court, Atherton, waited two months for this property. Only to be told the same week I should be viewing it that the property is no longer available due to a faulty gas meter and put it in writing that it will take up 6 months to repair and that they could no longer help.
Passed me around like a piece of trash.
All of this caused me have a relapse of ptsd and severe anxiety to the point the police had to get involved who are now awarevof the control between wigan council, homeless shelter and yourself and can fully understand why this has triggered my trauma!
I was admitted into hospital Tuesday night . Confirming that I'm going through trauma due to coersive controll past 6 years that's all now documented with the police!
And documented Sunday also on an interview regarding the above for an hour n half! So that's twice since Sunday!
Wigan council said you had no right to offer me a flat unless it was ready for me to move in it.
Police confirmed I'm next on the list but yet no one has got back to me from jigsaw to confirm this also!
Can someone communicate in your office and ring me to give me an updatevof where we are!
Telling me the only property you have available is 2 salters court!
You seriously expect me to believe that nonsense!
Or you going to make me ill again with lies?
I need answers asap please!

1 year agoHad a problem with a wet room leaking. I was happy to get it sorted within 2 weeks. The gentleman that came was wonderful. I got a new graded floor so the water would run away, he took the horrible gates off and repaired the tiles and he provided a shower curtain that touched the floor. his visit was a joy.

1 year agoSo glad I have moved away from the jigsaw homes property I had, I was supposed to have a communal garden that four properties shared the two ground floor flats had direct access to and they used as there own dog poo everywhere in wanted couches, wardrobes and just bags of rubbish, numerous complaints all they did was send a letter, 4 years of paying for a communal garden that I couldn't use, 4 years of complaints, they don't want to deal with anything horrible people to deal with

1 year agoWorst housing company ever, everything falling apart I reported doors issues 6 years ago nothing happened me and my wife are fed up to be honest, my neighbour had similar issues they ended up getting a solicitor who is helping now
I think this is the only language jigsaw understand, my advice is lawyer up ASAP

2 years agoAbsolute diabolical company I've been waiting for help for almost 4 years every time I call I'm fobbed off been waiting 11 years for a repair to be fixed stay well clear of this company trust me.Im gonna be starting legal process soon as they are in breach of contract.

2 years agoI have telephoned 3 times and it was engaged when trying old of the housing officer so can the house officer telephone as soon as possible very urgently please can sit out in peace in our garden because our neighbour do you need doing it on purpose can having a private conversation on the telephone and swearing because neighbour new both of us was sitting out in our garden

2 years agoBumch of cowboys. For example they did some work on my roof it then leaked for 2.5 years. They did nothing to fix it. They did some work on my electric 8 years it took to sort out the mess they created

3 years agoNope just nope. Outright lied to my son saying they don’t take deposits. Outright stole his money. Took more rent than they should first month and left my son with no money for food. Took a whole day. A whole day!!!! Of phone calls to get any kind of refund. Terrible

3 years agoOne of their properties is in such a state it's damaging mine. Have been complaining for 6 months now and haven't got anywhere. On hold at least 30 minutes every time you call, staff will say anything to get rid of you without dealing with the problem. Have been promised 6 call backs and am still yet to receive one.

3 years agoThe company messed up my rent payments, meaning due to their admin mistake I was asked to cough up £300 in full half way through my tenancy. Terrible service - avoid this company.

3 years agoI accidently put no on correspondence as wife was talking the gent who did job did good job.using slate is best material for job so water c a not penitrate it.thats why I said come and look.mistake on my part.g.kirkby

4 years agoJigsaw have no control over their contractors, i;ve had 5 attempts now and multiple more visits to repair a roof leak. Unsure why they dont get the roofer back to fix their own work, makes no sense sending a handyman. This isnt the only issue we have outstanding with them and its becoming a bit of a joke. They have no grip on the builders at all. Terrible after sales service.

Jobs and repairs are never done on time. Had so many issues. No one gets back to you. Consontanly chasing people up. Had a wall collapse in a new build home within 2 months. Not build safe.

4 years agoDon’t listen to peoples complaints all do brush them to one side and listen and let people Put up with loud music from neighbours when people have Health issues don’t won’t to listen loud music tell 3 o’clock in morning and then during the day has well with a neighbour and children banging

5 years agoAbsolutely shocking organisation. They run sheltered accommodation and because of COVID the communal areas are closed, so Christmas decorations have been put up by some of the tenants in other areas of the accommodation. Jigsaw have ordered that these decorations be removed. You're talking about places where old people live. People who have been isolated for almost a year and here they are looking for a bit of colour and Christmas cheer and these people insisted they are taken down, absolute disgrace! And how do you think they have imposed their will? Health and safety. No explanation as to why a fire-retardant fake Christmas tree tucked out of the way is a threat to health and safety, just get it removed! I know Christmas decorations seem like such a small thing, but to the people who live in these places they matter a lot, and now they feel like they are living in some Stasi managed prison with unexplained diktats coming down from central office. They treat the tenants of these places terribly and seem to think because they are older people they can be bullied with absolute impunity. In these difficult times you'd think there would be some measured compassion, not from this lot, they don't care, they only seem to be interested in money and couldn't care less about the well-being of their customers.

5 years agoThe flats live in have to use Adactus for Service Charge . At first it was £65 per month, within 3 years £108. Found we were paying for next blocks 6 car park lights for at least 13 years, won't tell me who will be paying for loads of new equipment, still not reconciled. Overpaid electricity bill by £729 by my insistence bill was incorrect. All community lights permanently on 24/7 for 30 days, complaint still not sorted. Worst Company ever, could say more... Leasehold & Service Charge lost all my emails and now new manager trying to bully me into resending them. He can go and whistle. I wonder if Adactus read these reviews? doubt it!

5 years agoVery grateful to have a housing association house. Adactus always try to fix my repairs as quick as they can. Only had a few issues in 12 years. Xx
