Indian Kitchen leigh

Just had awful meal most of it inedible. Rock hard bhagis doaghy naan bread and lamb chops tasted off. £27 worth in the bin. Never again.

Possibly the worst food I've eaten .totally inedible threw straight in the bin ..not Indian at all..got Shashlik unrecognisable as an Indian dish just small chucks of possibly frozen chicken tasteless..rice was microwaved ..naan was undercooked chips well ..the smell from the food was awful when we opened the bag won't be going back

Been mine and my partners favourite takeaway for a while after discovering grandmas masala box, until today. I placed an order on their website to have a phone call saying they don’t take card anymore, I have to pay in cash and my card refund will take 5 days! Collected our food, got home to see that they hadn’t put the rice or chicken in the box, I think they forgot half the masala sauce too as was extremely dry. Then found multiple hairs in the food so couldn’t eat it?Now I have a really bad stomach! Won’t be going here again! ??

Absolutely awful, food arrived 1 and 1/2 hrs after ordering, cold , tasteless , rice missing , tried to call restaurant several times kept cutting call off , would not recommend this place

After being lied to for 3 hours that our food would be 15 mins are know not answering the phone and still no food at nearly midnight disgusting

just order some food 20:30 it came at 22:38 fine but i checked befor paying as i have had issuse in the past with food being cold and as thought it was cold sent it back will never be ordering again use to be good service and would recomend but cant any more

I ordered three curry's with naan bread's rice and poppadoms and I have to be honest they were the worst curry's I had ever tasted, no flavour and extremely watery. Then final thing : bone in chicken that shouldn't have been there couldn't even finish it after that as it hurt the rood of my mouth when I chewed it - would not recommend.

Service declined. Used for a while as was always good, and good value for money but over festive period we have haf two deliveries both with incorrect orders. Second time deleivery was over 2 hours for arrival, i don't mind waiting as at Christmas can be busy as long as being informed at point of order which I wasn't. Food was less than warm and the order that came wrong on both occasions one time was very spicy and the second time not at all - very inconsistent

Terrible service. Our order was almost 2hrs later than the expected delivery time and when it arrived it was bland and greasy. Disgusting, would not order again!

Ordered meal, arrived 1hr 45 min and luke warm. No onion bhaji, biriyani bland and tasteless, ordered pilau rice but received possibly boiled rice. Naan bread had an unpleasant taste. Received cold chips which we had not ordered. We ordered before and it wasn't very good but we thought we would give it another try. Very disappointed and won't be using again.

If your going to order food from this place then make sure your ready for your food to be delivered more than a hour after the delivery driver had set off, it’s still not here and all’s the guy says on the phone is erm, erm if the food is cold we will have send you some more out what that gunna be another 2 hours Absolutely joke!

Terrible service. I ordered a takeaway at 6.15pm via Uber eats. It should have arrived between 7.05 - 7.25. I rang the takeaway at 7.30 they advised the driver was running late and it should be with me in 10 mins. Half an hour later (now 1 hour 45 mins since placing my order) I was told my order was ready but they had no driver. I asked to cancel the order and get a refund and they would not do this. I will not order from here again, if you want your meal on time I suggest you avoid this place!!!

We ordered 2 weeks ago , 2 seperate orders as wasnt quite enough so the 1st order was 25min later then expected and was slightly cold but kids were hungry so no choice but to eat it, we then placed a 2nd order as wasnt quite enough over an hours wait again , kids eating chips found a hair! I messaged on facebook advised to call up so called 4 times in one day no answer meagged again on facebook told call after 5 so did again 3 times, No answers they have not helped at all, messaged again to say can we speak over facebook and still nothing! really enjoy the food from here but this has really put me off!

Ordered here a few times and the food has been amazing every time! The curry’s are really nice so tasty and smells mint always on time and food is hot

This is clearly one of the most pleasant place in the neighborhood. Whenever I go there I am deeply happy. They manage their very high level service and the topmost level of food they serve. You can never go wrong with this restaurant. Warmly recommended.

The best takeaway curry I have ever had, in fact, everything was so fresh & tasty, I'd say restaurant standard! - absolutely spot on! I ordered my food for a specific time & it came literally on the dot, along with a smile from the delivery guy. I won't order from anywhere else now, You have set the bar to the highest standard. I thoroughly recommend this establishment. The food was excellent and the service was good ?i able pay by card and the wait for food was short. All in all good experience will go again.
