Zero customer service skills. Blonde girl leaning against the counter in the morning arms floded and a face saying she just couldn't be bothered.
No politeness, no thankyou just awkward silence when being served. I thought well if your not going to be civil ill just let us go down together.
This is my usual spot for morning breakfast but I won't go back. It seems petty it I won't shop where the staff are rude. If you don't like your job get a new one.

1 year agoSo I've just been in Bradshaw gate Leigh Gregg's and customer service isn't acceptable.the Lady in front of me in cue asked for a sausage roll .
The staff said which one she then said again a sausage roll please.woman be hind counter say we have 2 types so which one she said again sausage roll please then left .....my turn so I ask the same lady for a sausage roll again she rolled her eyes which sausage roll we do 2 types I replied the one with sausage in and the other is a vegan roll containing no sausage. so I replied you only sell one sausage roll.the other a vegan roll and if I asked for a vegan roll I would start the conversation with can you change your gloves and can I have a vegan roll . it's not hard or rockets science

It’s fixed many others are just walking out and going next door to subway. Reporting it to greggs customer care as clearly they have no urgency to sort it.

2 years agoI have no words, just fantastic. I come here every time I'm in leigh, I always get a vegan sausage roll and occasionally I treat myself to a yum yum. I've never had a bad experience here my only critique would be that I often visit this greggs to find that they have sold out of vegan sausage rolls which is always a disappointment. However other than that 10/10

4 years agoSeriously bad attitude from the server. Shouting and screaming like some banshee. All because I wanted to know how long the sausage rolls where going to be. She had a vile attitude with a bad personality. What a let down to your store. Not an ounce of people skills.

4 years agoAbsolute disgusting service, pretty much accused of theft by speaking to my partner during purchase. Staff should be sacked and employ staff with a brain because its absolutely unacceptable to be accused or implicated in a crime you haven't committed.

4 years agoI left two requirements on Just Eat for the baguette I ordered and I'm so grateful that they were picked up and taken notice of. It's incredibly rare these days for people to take the time to do so.
It's just a sandwich - but that sandwich was made specifically as per the requirements and I think small things such as this should be appreciated and acknowledged. So thank you David @ Greggs Bradshawgate for excellent customer service and care. Have a wonderful day, you're a perfect example of what customer service should be! ☺️?✨??
