Adam and the team at Express IT are brilliant. My organisation needed a full wraparound service and they have consistently delivered even with issues on our end. We are still working with them and will continue to. Their customer service is second to none. They will go out of their way to help and also provide you with the best tailored service to you and/or your organisation. Fantastic social values too. A wonderful company which I highly recommend.

Our managed service package means that we are only a phone call away from help and being a local business, any on site visits are easy and seamless.
We are currently exploring our Cyber Security policy with the team and would highly recommend Express IT as a business partner.

As a recruiter, our IT security is incredibly important to us and so we needed a company that we could completely rely on to support and protect us. Express IT have been absolutely amazing in terms of dealing with various challenges and offering support, advice and guidance. I have to say, they consistently seem to go above and beyond expectations of what you might expect from an IT and Cyber Security partner. As a small business, I can’t ask for anything more than to feel both supported and protected… but I do get more. 4 years agoContacted Express IT regarding the migration of our office software and a couple of other items. Spoke to Mary first of all and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Adam came to the office to discuss which package would best suit us as a business and again, couldn't have been more helpful. I then dealt with Harry and Jon, they made the migration quick and unbelievably hassle free. Just what we as a company were after. I could not recommend Express IT Group enough. Great people, amazing service.

5 years agoOur website designer looked after our emails for a number of years and the ineffectiveness of our email service was becoming a real problem.
After much procrastination on our part, we opted to use the services offered by ExpressIT and the email migration was carried out quickly, effectively and extremely professionally by the company, and in particular by Harry.
One week on, our email issues have now melted away and it all seems like a bad dream, but I honestly wish that I'd contacted Express IT a long time ago.
For any company who is experiencing issues with their email, call ExpressIT - you won't regret it.

5 years agoAbsolutely amazing service, friendly, patient, professional without feeling overwhelmed with info- I didn't feel confused, stressed or baffled by any of the conversation and Adam couldn't be more helpful.
I have a lot of issues with technology and I felt very confident that I was being listened to and understood.

5 years agoThe support team for my place of works network/computers. Always very helpful when you call Harry is particularly helpful and a genuine nice guy who always solves any problems I have. Mary who normally answers the calls to the office is very cheerful and happy to help. All on all as they are the support for my place of work I am unsure of the cost but the service they provide is great always on the ball and get straight on to the problem at hand
