Rang a week ahead re a Pixel 4a battery replacement.
Went today, nice suprise that the phone requires a factory reset and to be sent away for 7-10 days. Could have mentioned this on the phone when I rang.
Half a day wasted due to poor communication and customer care.

2 years agoWas very disappointed went get new contract mobile they had none they couldn't get any Internet on their laptop took almost 2 hours left with no phone no new contract plus a lovely fine when getting back to my car ?

2 years agoWent in to upgrade my phone but wasn’t sure which I wanted, lovely friendly guy called Az took me through them patiently and I found the one for me with ease, lots of other friendly staff around too. Thanks for the great, polite, professional service.

2 years agoCalled to get a replacement sim card for one lost. Service slow. Staff wouldn't accept my ID as it was an expired driving licence despite it having my photo and address. When I suggested removing all my business from EE the response was "ok" from the shop manager. This same manager had told my wife the previous day that he had been brought in to the position to improve the customer experience in the outlet as it had slipped below the standard expected by EE. I'm surprised the shop is still open with such appalling customer service. I then left my wife in the shop whilst leaving stating that this is flipping ridiculous. The staff then told my wife that as I had used obscene language I was not welcome to return to the store. I eventually replaced the sim card over the phone using the 150 service where I was treated politely and as a valued customer.

2 years agoAbsolutely shocking service. No help whatsoever, quoted prices by colleagues and then change their mind. Manager did absolutely nothing in return to satisfy customers. Waste hours of time in the shop. Do not recommend

6 years agoAs phone shops go it's not bad, but make up your mind what you want before you go in, otherwise the pressure selling would result in you getting something that doesn't meet your needs.

6 years agoYesterday popped into store for advice on renewing my contract and upgrade to wi fi Aaron is extremely helpful, fun and polite.He has helped me on numerous occasions when my phone decided not to work properly. Highly recommended.

7 years agoFantastic shop, I have been in there on numerous occassions and the staff are brilliant! They set me up with my home wifi and phone for less then half I was paying with talk talk.
