We have been using Conrad taxis for a number of years for airport drop off and collection as they offer a fantastic service, with safe and comfortable journeys with prompt pick up and drop offs. But recently we were returning from a long haul flight and missed our connection for Manchester due to being diverted in-flight, as the airspace in Qatar was closed due to a potential Missile strike by Iran. It was some time before we could let Conrad Taxis know (2 hours before our 6.30am pickup) that we would not be arriving. Conrad quickly replied and confirmed the cancellation, and then later was able to reorganise a pickup that evening, even after multiple delayed arrival times being indicated throughout the day, John one of his drivers was there waiting for us. We have no hesitation in using Conrad Taxi for all our pre booked travel.

1 year agoRang for a return journey in an executive taxi to a show in Manchester. I got the impression that they were in bed.....obviously I apologised, but no attempt to contact me the following day! I'm guessing their Mercedes Van with windows has earned these people more money than they need. UNRELIABLE I'D SAY!

1 year agoA very positive experience from start to finish. I booked my taxi in person at the office in Leigh, i was dealt with in a polite and friendly manner. I was taken to Manchester Airport to go on holiday and collected upon my return. Both times the drivers turned up in smart, clean and modern vehicles. The drivers were very polite, dressed smartly and drove safely & sensibly. As the saying goes "big enough to cope, small enough to care"

We used your service for a mini bus on 16 Nov 2024 to Gisburn Clitheroe, From me speaking to Michelle over the phone to arrange the booking she was fantastic. Conrad was the driver and he was fantastic with everyone especially my 87 year old mum. We would definitely recommend this company to everyone and we will be using you again.

1 year agoWe have used Conrads several times now, always found them very reliable and courteous. Big thank you to Zahid who after dropping us off at Manchester T2 phoned us to say our Jet 2 flight was from T1, he came back for us and dropped as correct terminal. Excellent service.

1 year agoMy family of 6 including two children under ten were let down by this company. Liverpool Airport to Wigan. Local executive travel company The excuses were flowing about why they were not just late but were also sending the wrong vehicle. Our Journey was pre paid and planned, we were given details about a car coming to pick us up late in the evening at Liverpool airport. When WE highlighted it was 6 of us, the excuses started, the driver was delayed, accident on M6 ( which we all know has closures in place). Senior management apparently in bed during our hr of need and leaving the driver to come up with the excuses. (Wanting to put there foot down to get to us earlier.) We have paid for an executive travel service from a company that apparently prides itself on service, maybe not after 1900hrs. Sorry to say but people have booked your service because of your apparent reliability. We had to work the following day and getting in at 0100hrs instead of around 2330hrs makes a difference. Never ever again, this is not a blame game it was simply fact, you made a mistake which had penalties but in the light of day cannot accept responsibility or accountability. I did ask for a resolution to my complaint to which the company denied it was there fault in picking us up on time. Please be aware and ask about this if you are looking to book and pay in advance with this company. Poor service, bad management and accountability. I would have been more than happy on the evening if you had told the truth.

1 year agoCan’t thank Conrad’s for their exemplary service. After finding out on the way to Faro airport our return flight with EasyJet was cancelled, We had to make alternative arrangements. Instead of arriving at Liverpool at lunchtime we flew into Leeds Bradford at midnight. The Support and contact from Conrad’s office was so good. They made rearrangements and collected us after our misfortune. This made the end of our holiday a lot less stressful than it could have been. Travelling as a group of 6 adults and 2 toddlers we were very grateful for the superb service. We have used them previously and wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend. Lovely clean vehicles, pleasant drivers .and a first class service.

2 years agoNo problem with the trip to the airport, driver wasn't very friendly but car was nice. Have uses this service for years without any problems, although a few colleagues have told me they have had issues. Unfortunately this time as we landed, we had been delayed, but wasn't worrying as you would presume they track your flight number, after 40 minutes of waiting I rang up, and a really rude lady said 'your two hours late love what do you expect', after travelling and being so tired this isn't what you expect to hear after theyve taken your money, the driver eventually arrived after an hour (he was lovely had no issues with him as it wasn't his fault) to be told we had to share a car eith another couple!! They hadn't even been on our flight so I was shocked to know that there wasn't even two cars being sent out to us after we had paid upfront, after speaking with other people this morning I have realised this hasn't just happened to us and I wouldn't like it to happen to someone else, especially if they have children it's upsetting and tiring waiting around like that. We have a trip booked in July with conrads and will be cancelling!

2 years agoUsed this service for airport transports. Journey to airport was fab. On time, pleasant driver, clean and comfortable vehicle. Return journey not so good. We received a text telling us where to meet the driver as soon as we had cleared baggage collection. Went there, no taxi driver. Husband text them to say we were at the meeting point. No reply. About 15 minutes later, he rang them. Said they would ring back in 5 minutes. Another 15 minutes later a driver turned up and said one of their vehicles had broken down at another airport. Conrad had ordered and paid for Street cars to take us home, but had to wait another 15 minutes until transport was available. We had been travelling for approx 6 hours and this caused further delay when we just needed to get home.

Friendly drivers who were always on time and really nice comfortable vehicles, We’ve already booked them again for our next holiday, If you’re going to the airport or any other event I’d highly recommend using Conrad. 2 years agoUsed this company for collection and pickup for our Christmas doo at rivington barn, Harvey was our driver and he is an exceptional representative of your company, the vehicle was beautifully presented, he was well presented and welcoming, he was the most accommodating gentleman ever. The lady I spoken to on the phone regarding making ammendments couldn't help enough, it's a refreshing service.

They were absolutely brilliant ,on time , carried the cases and kept in contact throughout to confirm pick up points etc. made our holiday stress free. Thankyou again x

2 years agoWe used Conrad’s for our airport transfers (to and from manchester airport). We couldn’t fault their service at all. On time, professional, friendly. It was my sons first time abroad so we were all a little anxious and having such a seamless service made this so much easier for us all. They kept in contact with us throughout our return in Manchester ensuring we knew where to find them at arrivals. 100% will be using again and thank you to the guys for making the boring bits of holiday nice and easy!

As soon as we had booked our holiday we went straight to Conrad travel as we have heard great things about them and booked them. Great communication text messages to let you know that the driver was on way, booking confirmation. Very courteous drivers and lovely comfortable vehicles for 6 passengers

2 years agoArrived on time to take us to the airport with a nice clean executive car. For the return leg, despite having to wait for us for 90 minutes while the cases had to come off the aeroplane (thanks TUI), Conrad was still patiently waiting for us in arrivals. Lovely cars, comfy and clean.

3 years agoWe use Conrad every time we go on holiday, they are always on time and professional. We arrived back into Manchester yesterday, our flight had been delayed - I spoke to them when we got through security and they were waiting for us as normal. Would definitely recommend.

3 years agoWe've used Conrad so many times and never once had bad service. On time, polite and reasonably priced considering the executive vehicles. Always my go to for an airport taxi return. Highly recommended

3 years agoTravel to and from the airport for a family of 5, pick up was on time, very friendly and helpful driver, our return back to Manchester was delayed and they arranged to collect us within minutes of editing the baggage hall. Very smooth and stress free

4 years agoTotally disappointed.Phoned us up 20 minutes before pick up to tell me they had to cancel. No alternative option given. Other taxi companies had no availability. I Even confirmed booking the night before, no mention of cancelling. Not reliable.

4 years agoHighly recommended. Very professional from the minute we ordered to the minute we got home. Had a lovely driver (John) who was very courteous and attentive. Beautiful clean vehicle with all working seatbelts ( unlike some other taxi companies) he also telephoned us beforehand to let us know there where roadworks in Manchester near Lowry so asked if he should come a little earlier so we wouldn’t be late for our show. They are always very booked up (because of how good they are) though so ring in advance if you need them! Tidy vehicles, smartly dressed and well spoken drivers. Cannot fault on anything at all.

4 years agoExcellent service I couldn't recommend enough, they went out of there way to get me to my doctors appointment. Emailed to confirm booking and two texts kept me updated on arrival super friendly driver beautiful spotless car.I will use Conrads whenever I need a taxi for a definite.

4 years agoUsed Conrad for the first time yesterday. Had to go from Atherton to Wigan for my Covid jab. The driver was super nice and offered to wait for me (without the meter running) so he can take me back. That afternoon my partner also used Conrad to go to Leigh to get his jab. Again the driver waited for him. Outstanding customer service and I will never use another taxi service. Comfortable and extra clean cars. Drivers dressed professionally and wearing a mask. 5 star service for sure. What surprised me (considering the service quality) was the price. They were cheaper then another local company I used in the past. Will certainly be using Conrad’s again and I highly recommend them. Fantastic local company
