Our experience at the Leigh Tui store was fantastic. The manager and staff went out of their way to support us at a very difficult time and ensured our holiday was changed to a later date due to illness. They showed lots of empathy and offered support. We wouldn't book our holiday anywhere else. The customer care was second to none.

I usually book our holidays online but as I was booking for 3 couples each wanting slightly different things, I thought I'd better go in to a store. I was welcomed at store by Megan..who was amazing, so patient and kind, she talked me through all the options, enabling me to go away with all the information and the individual costing for each holiday. I returned a week later with some changes to our original itinerary, for Megan this was not a problem, nothing was too much trouble, she sorted everything out and we booked there and then. Thank you Megan for your patience, you are an absolute gem!

My husband and I visited the leigh branch because we were struggling with the Tui app . When we arrived we were given a warm welcome. We dealt with a young lady called Demi she was ever so helpfull. at the time she was training another young lady but didn't get her name they were both professional and very well informed. We even booked a cruise we only went in to book a short break we did that too . Great customer service . Very helpfull nothing was too much trouble.

We normally book online but were struggling to book a multi-centre holiday, so we visited the store in Leigh. We were welcomed by a friendly and smiling group of TUI people. The assistance provided by Corinna was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble, and Corinna took great care to provide additional information to ensure we were making the right choices. Throughout Corinna was polite, helpful, professional, and enthusiastic when helping us book our holiday. We certainly benefited from the personal service provided.

We have booked several holidays at the Leigh Tui store and have always found everyone really friendly and helpful. Yesterday we called in to exchange some euros and decided to price up a holiday for next year to Casa Blu Crete. We were helped with this by Demi, a lovely young lady. Called in on Friday to TUI spinning gate as we had a week of next month and fancied our first cruise. The price of the TUI cruise on the week we were off had increased out of our price range. I just wanted to take the time to comment on the service we received in store. First time in a long time booking in store as I usually do it online however this time I booked in store. Megan was FANTASTIC! She was highly professional and couldn’t do any more for us including my little girl Georgie who she involved throughout the booking. We returned the next day to make an amendment to our booking and this was no trouble to Megan at all. She’s a star employee and should be recognised for it.

Just came back from Mexico and booked another trip to Mexico in the leigh shop with the lovely Megan. Always amazing service in the shop. Helps with my assistance, extra luggage, dietary requirements, seats, prints off my booking details, looks for the best prices and dates for me, emails the hotel prior to my arrival. Extremely experienced travel agent Megan she is very thorough and stunning. Miss the old manager Liz but the manager Lee is a gentleman.

As usual we end up in the TUI store in Leigh whenever we need to book a holiday. Corinna helped us with choosing the right hotel as I am in a wheelchair. Nothing was too much trouble with questions we had about the hotel and booking help at the airport. All the girls we have dealt with are brilliant in Leigh. And that’s a few holidays now.

Tried booking a trip to India with TUI Ireland but unfortunately they didn’t travel to this destination so when I looked online and saw TUI UK did I got in touch with the Leigh office. Deborah who was more than helpful came up with a package that was just amazing, we linked this with flights to Manchester where we departed from. Deborah was knowledgable and so helpful, gave us all the details on vaccinations and emailed us reminders throughout the lead up to our trip. She phoned a couple of times making sure we had everything in place and gave us so many helpful tips. I’m sure all the staff in Leigh are great but my experience with dealing with Deborah I would highly recommend dealing directly with her. Thank you TUI and Deborah for a trip of a lifetime x

I always try to support local shops so we don't lose them. On the 18th of November my partner booked a holiday for us in the shop. As I was away, I paid the holiday over the phone, which was not a problem. Today, my partner called into the shop to book another holiday. However, this time, they wouldn't accept my payment over the phone. The person serving was very polite and apologised as she had to seek permission to take the payment. Whoever she spoke to wouldn't allow it. Well, the shops loss. Holiday now booked online.

Giving out wrong information which nearly cost us loosing our holiday ? They highly recommended a hotel in Menorca as we was unsure AVOID THE MARINA PARC was supposed to be 4 star I wouldn't even rate it as a 1 absolutely fithy dirty Lights hanging off wall Which actually turned on in middle of night like Strobe lights Complained on arrival that bathroom light was very dim, was told to throw a towel at the light it'll come on ? Was nothing like stated in broucher it was a dump and for there staff to highly recommend god knows what they'd rate a lower star hotel Won't use this store again thety wasn't interested now they had our money I could write a hell of a lot more about this vile hotel but my suggestion is avoid and avoid the TUI store in Leigh spinning Jenny
