Phil and his Cloud4 team have supported us solidly for almost 10yrs now and it's fair to say they have never failed yet to respond very quickly and effectively to all of our IT needs including Hosted Desktop, Technical Support and VOIP. More recently they secured Cyber Essential accreditation for us in a matter of only a day or two. They are extremely professional and expert in their field and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a responsive, comprehensive and effective digital solution to their business requirements.

4 years agoWe have been using Cloud4 since January 2022. We had been with our previous IT provider for 13 years prior to that, who supplied us with IT support, phone systems, data storage, technical help - the whole works. I was understandably nervous about the transition to a new company however I spoke with Michael many times who reassured me throughout the process when everything was moving across. Not only this, we were also going through a rebrand and required new email addresses at the same time! Again Michael managed the process and consistently kept me up to date throughout. We did stumble across some difficulties, but that was to be expected - in this situation it's how you manage it, and again I was updated all the time and was provided with solutions to sort out the issues, and everything got switched across perfectly!! We are based in London, and although they are up North this does not effect the way we work together. Since then the whole team have been very responsive for all queries. The have helped reduce costs, put my teams mind at rest that when we have any problems they will be sorted quickly and they are just a nice team to deal with!!

4 years agoI can’t fault cloud 4 they have been so helpful with every dealing I have had with them. They are great value for money and on the one occasion I did call with an issue they came out within two hours of calling them. Definitely the best internet and IT provision I have ever had.
