Visiting wife family in Leigh. Usual 5 hours journey that should take around 3 1/2. Just eaten the Mac style burger. Worth every penny. The smoked quality of Burger King with the feel of McDonald's thrown in with the Mac style sauce. Probably the best burger I've eaten in a long time if not ever. The bun was a poppy seeded British type roll that also complemented the burger. Very well priced and when in Leigh again I will visit again. They do a weekly special that I'm informed are always very good. Had it again on 29/03. Just as good as 3 years before. If I lived here this would be a regular buy.

2 years agoLike the idiot I am, I got the address wrong using Just Eat. Rang the shop to explain… guy was superb and even had a talk with delivery guy. Thank you!
Food was tremendous. The burger was delicious & these guys now have a new regular customer!!
I’m wondering now what to order from the menu next!

3 years agoWhen McDonald's and Locked and Loaded let me down... I found this gem! Best Burger meal I've had this side of Manchester, a great service too, and arrived right on time!

3 years agoIt seems to be going downhill. I'm not here to wreck the business but we had two mini stoker's. Two mini burgers. The bun was rancid the burger was poorly cooked.
The only thing that saved this £25 meal was the bacon and cheese fries. I don't know why the quality is reduced. At least I know a standard with KFC. All hail the burger had my and a friends respect but we had to throw half of our order in the bin. Won't rush there again sadly

3 years agoThis is the pace to go to if you fancy a great Burger. Tonight we had the Bhaji Burger and the Polo Loco Burger with a portion of Salt 'n' Pepper loaded fries. Both burgers where absolutely delicious and the fries where pretty good too. I normally take photographs for my reviews, however the food smelt so good I completely got side tracked and only realised when we had nearly finished. To me that is the sign of good food.

3 years agoOnly discovered this place recently.. and I have to say, it’s the best burgers I’ve had.. so fresh and tasty.. it’s a million miles away from your typical fast food or takeaway burger.. friendly staff and very reasonable prices.. 5 stars

3 years agoOne of the best burgers In the North West! Consistently putting out amazing specials at an affordable price full of quality homemade ingredients and sauces. The new weekly “special fries” are also a hit with our family (the bhaji fries are delicious!).
We’ve now had far too many of those specials to count but AHTB has never let us down!
