Brought a hob and and washing machine. The hob was not working properly, contacted them to fix it and they are able to fix it 1 week after. Will buy again,

Superb professional and friendly service from sales and delivery team. Purchased a washing machine online. Clear and easy process. Sales team contacted me and organised convenient delivery, installation and removal of old appliance. Delivery team thorough and efficient, ensuring machine was fitted and functioning. Have purchased from here some years ago and was delighted then so it was my automatic go to when I needed a new appliance. Support smaller estalished local businesses because they are the ones who will go out of their way to make sure you are a happy customer to ensure more business via recommendations etc.

Bought a dryer from here and was in fantastic condition. Works well and very happy. Collected it from the shop and they helped put it in the car. Comes with a guarantee aswel. Happy days

Rangemaster 90 Classic Cooker
Great service. Natalie`s customer service is first class nothing was to much trouble. gave me all the information i needed to reassure me the cooker was to the spec I wanted . Delivery was arranged for the next day first class.
cooker arrived .Very impressed condition like new. Had it connected same day . Will be recommending Wash & Dry . Actually the Gas fitter was very impressed with the cooker he asked were I got it from.

Just buy a reasonably priced new product with a decent guarantee. These below par products don't last. The prices are pretty shocking! BEKO only range when I called which are not the most reliable in my experience. Will avoid at all cost.

Working with smelly chemicals I needed a second washer for my outhouse so not having to wash overalls with regular laundry. I spoke with a really nice lady in the shop,(nice blond hair, beautiful eyes and lovely posterior).
She found me a really cheap machine with cosmetic damage,just fine for the outhouse good price and working perfectly

Very good service. They held my water for a few weeks until I moved in, they delivered and fitted it. It looks just fine for second and you get 6 months warranty - a great deal. Great communication from them, even at weekends including Sunday
