Friendly staff, easy to get what you need and great prices. Just doing a small garden project but will be back in future should I need anything they stock.

4 years agoWhat a nightmare! Builder came from North Wales to do work on our house and was told he would be the first delivery of the day! After multiple phone calls (and promised callbacks, which never happened) and a trip to collect the stuff himself to be told it was already on the wagon (which was still sat in the yard) it FINALLY arrived after 1pm (half a days labour to just sit and wait). When it did eventually arrive half the order was missing. Phoned up and was told it would be there via courier the next morning, great, we were happy with this outcome.... Until the courier was sent to us with the wrong materials. 4 o clock rolls round on the second day of building and the materials finally arrive as the builder is loading up to go home ? All delivery drivers were apologetic and helpful and I do not fault them at all, but will not be using this building yard again.

6 years agoDid online shopping and spent £500 for delivery, you could not pick a date and a approximate date was assigned to you after payment was completed, the email stated the branch would give me a call to arrange a delivery date. On the approximate date an email was sent to me at 8am to say the items will be delivered between 7am and 1pm, we wasn't in and no arrangement had been made.
Phoned the branch and was told they do not do phonecalls or contact customers, arranged a date of delivery but it was an all day call at any time from 07:00 to 17:00 as they do not contact customers.
On the day of the delivery I was sent an email at14:15 to tell me that the goods will be with me from 13:00 to 17:00.
The whole process is poor from start to finish, sorry but I would never purchases from them again.
