The shop is clean, tidy and the shelves are well stocked. I easily found what i was looking for and really like the style of the acrylic paint pouches…it’s a great idea to use less plastic.Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Amazing experience in the store. Stock always full and nicely displayed. Girls are wonderful. Always smiling, helpful and working very hard. Never spotted any of them chatting between each other or ignoring customers. I'd give them 10 if possible.

Great customer service. I collected a Filofax that I ordered online. The diary inside was for last year. I reported this to a member of staff. I was then given the diary for the current year and the diary for next year , for the inconvenience. Very polite and helpful staff.

The Manager and staff in this shop are so friendly and helpful,they go above and beyond ensuring all customers needs and enquiries are dealt with.Nothing is to much trouble they come across professional Helpful and competent.The Customer care they deliver is outstanding and they are genuinely friendly and are on first name terms with customers.Well done Ladies keep up the good work.

We use Ryman for both Stationery and Postal Service every week, either for business or personal. The Manager and her staff go above and beyond to ensure the service you receive is 5*, and always with a pleasant smile. Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend a visit, you wont be disappointed.

I was visiting the area and called in this store to get some arts and crafts items. I was very impressed by the service I received, the staff were very polite, and most helpful. I saw the lovely window display and ended buying more than I went for... which is not a problem as the items are of excellent quality. I even bought a Christmas for my grandson as it was a good deal. Most impressive visit I shall return next I’m in the area. Can’t fault it... if only all shops were like this.

The staff in Leigh are always friendly and helpful. They also know their regular customers by name, which is nice. My only complaint is that the post office counter is often unavailable due to technology issies

Just been to the Leigh branch, what an absolute delight, top marks for customer service, helpful friendly staff did my copying off my phone cos I’m a techno phobe , definitely recommend, the staff are wonderful

I visited Rymans, Spinning Gate Centre, Leigh 4pm Monday 13/08/18 to buy pens/pencils. One female member of staff behind counter acting as post office/shop assistant. One customer being served sending several letters overseas that had to be weighed and stamped. The transaction took about 10 minutes. The second customer, in front of me, also had letters to be weighed and stamped. A second male shop assistant appeared and walked behind counter, he went to drawer and placed something inside it, looked at me and walked from behind counter and started to tidy goods on a shelf. No mention from either member of staff to explain delay or apologise for long unnecessary wait for service. After 12-13 minutes gave up and I returned pens/pencils to shelf and left shop. Won't be returning there anytime soon.
