1 month agoAfter having an unfortunate situation waiting an hour for a watch that wasn’t properly fitted and being told it would take a further hour, I took it to Precision Time and quite frankly, I regretted not taking it there sooner. The woman was incredibly kind, welcoming and fixed the issue in about 90 seconds. No messing about, exceptional customer service, don’t bother going anywhere else! Will be back soon no doubt :)

2 months agoCannot recommend this jewellers enough. Went in with two watches thinking maybe only one could be repaired. Kelly reassured me both could be repaired. Not only that,she knew I needed one urgently. She delivered it to my home address out of hours. Amazing 👏 She then rang to inform me the 2nd one had been tested and was ready for collection. Amazing customer care, workmanship and would thoroughly recommend to family, friends and work colleagues. Thank you Kelly, you are a star 🌟

2 months agoFantastic service with a smile and a chat repaired an early TAG watch 50% cheaper than quoted elsewhere. At the same time I purchased a dress watch for my wife that she fell in love with and received a discount highly recommended.

3 months agoBecause of the advice I was given at Precision Time I have saved £300 and my Daughter in Law is able to wear her watch again, instead of it mouldering in a draw. Thank you so much for the fast and efficient service and the generous advice. You definitely deserve 5 🌟.

1 year agoHighly recommend this small personal family business. I had honestly thiught my automatic watch was beyond repair, others did not want to touch it, but these lovely people did, they kept me updated with what they found and advised me honesty, in tthe end, they have managed to fully restore my watch and its working perfectly now and for a lot less than others where suggesting for servicing snd parts! Will only use these in future dor any service and repairs. Thank you so much.

1 year agoWent in without an appointment to have some links taken out of my strap. Took minutes to do, had a good chat whilst in there. Quality service and highly recommend over big names that offer the same service for double the price.

1 year agoThis is a great family run business. They provide a really great professional and speedy service at very reasonable prices. They took 2 minutes to repair my automatic watch, no charge. They fitted a new glass to my watch, £10 charge to fit it. They did a full service, battery replacement and pressure test on an Omega for £140. I had been quoted £70 to £100 just for a battery change. They then give you an 18 month guarantee rather than 12 months. I cannot recommend more highly. Give them your business.

2 years agoI needed a watch battery and some links removed. I was greeted with a smile and the lady behind the counter ( think she was the owner) sorted out my watches in quick time. Support your local traders otherwise you wont get this level of service. Highly recommend will go again.

3 years agoGive them my watch for a service and new hands They quoted me 225 which I agreed They said it would take 4 weeks I was constantly ringing them chasing it up after the 4 weeks but the communication was shocking. 3MONTHS yes 3MONTHS later I got my watch back, I do not recommend these for watch repairs unless your happy waiting 3x longer than they tell you it will be I told them I wanted it for my holiday which was 2 months after they took the watch, but they still didn't have it ready They have done a good job cleaning the watch up though just a bad service

3 years agoI went there to have my wrist watch adjusted and it was done while I was waiting. I was relieved because I needed my watch ⌚⌚⌚ for the wedding the very next day.

3 years agoFantastic service!!! Can't thank you enough for your help. Wish I had known about you earlier, had tried 3 other places ( 2 local independents and one high street repairer ) who couldn't or wouldn't even attempt to get the back off one of the watches, but you managed it even though it wasn't easy. After all your efforts you still only charged £5 for a battery. We now have two watches that mean a lot to us working again for £10. Would highly recommend Precision Time, they definitely went the extra mile. Thank you both x

4 years agoMy late brothers watch was badly, damaged after he passed away due to a motor bike accident, I brought the watch to precious time, lovely family run business, lovely people and willing to go the extra mile, even tryed to find replacement glass on them, cant fault at all, polished every link, and I'm so grateful, I highly recommend!

4 years agoAmazing service! Took care of my Breitling watch without the high costs but more importantly the waiting time of 3 months and I had it back within the week! Also did an amazing job on my dads watch (priceless to me) thoroughly trustworthy and I cant talk highly enough of the overall service I had. Thanks so much... Mike

4 years agoAfter e mailing several watch repairers and out of 10 sent having 1 reply saying they couldn't help, a neighbour told me of Precision time in Leigh. I visited the shop spoke to a very helpful lady and left my watch for repair. Less than two weeks later I have my repaired watch back (at very reasonable cost) very pleased. Support your local tradespeople.

4 years agoMy watch had started losing time, I took it in. Kelly was friendly and knowledgeable, and told me what it was likely to cost for a service and look to see what the issue was. It was a reasonable ( very) price. Time scale was longer than I would have liked as they were busy, but!! hey presto, got my watch back much sooner than expected, and I am delighted. Excellent service, Thank you both. Under promised and over performed- keep it up.
