We were sold an unfinished house, with the main selling points, such as solar panels, car charger not installed. We are yet to have any of the main issues/snags sorted and are constantly told that the contractors haven't been paid/or don't turn up on the dates they are meant to. I would NOT buy a house from Oak Tree Developments.
