Really terrible experience with this company.Bought a wardrobe and is falling in bits, a bed and broke . Customer service ZERO .I would never buy anything there in my life. Person no manners no good approach to clients. And no help at all and well he said he knows how to built a wardrobe no chance , that’s why now is falling in bits , he has no idea and very unprofessional person and bad attitudes

I received a phone call after enquiring about a corner sofa and everything was sorted for me within 30 mins - I’ve got a monthly direct debit set up for with mo interest ! It was delivered for us the next day - really polite and helpful team - thanks so much we love our new corner sofa bed

3 years agoAbsolutely awful made a £2500 purchase to cut a long story short poughe was damaged and I NEVER recieved my headboard after 6 weeks off constant messaging like a previous comment I had to go through my finance still no contact with this company again AVOID....

4 years agoCouldn't rate Northwest Furniture enough!!! Absolutely LOVE my dining table and chairs. Rav was an absolute pleasure to deal with, nothing was too much trouble for him. Highly recommended for absolutely stunning and top quality furniture ?

5 years agoThe pay weekly option is a massive plus, I'm currently paying £11 a week for a large corner sofa. Great value, great service. Would definitely recommend!

5 years agoTried to scam my uncle he paid £15 deposit for a brand new sofa to get a call on whatsapp after the deposit was paid to say that the sofa has damage. Once he asked for his money back as it was supposed to be brand new they were putting back hahahah your getting nothing back Nd he had to go thru the finance conpany.

5 years agoOrdered a Bunk Bed For My Kids, Completely forgot about asking for a fitter to put it together. Gave them a call and had a fitter around within the space of 2 hours. Great Delivery & Response Time. Recommended 10/10!

6 years agoPurchased a beautiful white glass dining table with chrome chairs and grey velvet knocker chairs. Said 2 weeks delivery but thankfuly came early as i couldnt wait. When it arrived today the delivery men were so polite, and answered all my questions. The table was very easy assembled and the chairs already came assembled. I have never been lost for words over a dining table. Its made my house look beautiful. I cannot recommend this company enough. I will be sharing the company to all my friends and family. Im so delighted and will order more products soon. If your looking for beautiful furniture, i highly recommend this place. The staff made me feel so welcomed over the phone whilst purchasing too. They helped me make my decision with sending photos over to make sure i was 100% happy. They even called after my item was delivered to make sure i was happy with my purchase. Thanks guys! Everyone is messaging me saying its beautiful! :D very happy customer.

7 years agoOrdered ottoman bed with headboard last weekend..was delivered following weekend, and installed for free, and within time slot provided..5 star service ( with a smile!) Affordable prices and good quality too.

most comfortable to use, would definitely use this company again and strongly recommend to family and friends. only had furniture a few weeks but will see how it is at a later date and will update review. at the moment cannot fault furniture in any way. we are absolutely thrilled to bits with it.
