Major breach of data protection from this branch they gave out personal transaction details to someone who has zero access to my account. And as I’m currently going through a DV case this has caused me extreme anxiety. I have made a formal complaint this is completely unacceptable.

I have banked with these for years. Can say, I have always had a key to my money. We know who you are we ave ways of making you talk. I will be DivX on SD mmc.... .. get inspector gadget, fing ok, o been nicked. No car been stolen. Convertible 2 seater mgf road legal track car. I told the police, they say. "I am not bothered about you're car being stolen"!!. "I am here to arrest you". No I don't think so pal, just because I'm looking after my misses and you've got a bad grass. I haven't ok shut up. Emilio. No how about if this was you and I came to your house and stole your car tried to murder your misses and then phoned the police. Is it because you have a complex. I have been in here this morning and one particular cashier if thats what you can call her is honestly the most rudest person I have met shes zero communication or peoples skills so have to wonder how she got the job in the first place I have now opened a new account with a bank thats got a branch that knows how to treats its customers no wonder all the branches are shutting with staff like that.

I have had nothing but my card being declined trying to pay online. I've been told it's for security reasons. I am having to apologise to seller's online. The bank has everything they need to contact me. Phone number. Email. Address. I am disabled and use online shopping if I'm allowed to. Very unhappy with the security on my debit card. It's my money

Rude staff and I'm just a delivery driver !!!! Had to wait in the line and when I got some attention I walked over and was told to rejoin so I left without delivering

Usually very good service, but the branch appears to be closed at present due to an outbreak of Covid19. Not sure when it reopens.

I've banked with Lloyd's for donkeys years. No bank is perfect but I like the personal touch and I like knowing the people I'm dealing with.
Michelle, the manager is brilliant but so are most of the others. It's the only reason I've stayed with them for so long. Long live the friendliest staff in the area.
