Not happy, had 2 tyres replaced. One continued to deflate. Did return and had the tyre resealed. Then had ongoing issue with my tyre pressure monitor constantly flashing, and unable to detect my pressure. Didn’t have time to return as not too local and thought it was nothing to worry about.
Now my garage, when MOTing has shown me the issue…my genuine BMW tyre sensor has been broken when the tyre was fitted and sneakily replaced with a normal valve..this means the car is unable to detect pressure loss and at a cost to myself, to replace.
If I’d have been informed at the time they’d broken the sensor, I’d have been well aware that this needed replacing and maybe have some way of forcing the garage to pay the cost. Now as it stands I’m having to pay roughly £50 for a new one, and a cost to fit, as I’m now unable to prove they broke it when they replaced the tyre.
As a woman I hate sneaky garages who take advantage. For me this is one to avoid.

2 years agoGreat friendly service and great advice always checks all my tyres and today I went expecting to have to buy a new tyre to be told it was just a repair it needed and did the repair there and then I also recommend to family and friends will not go anywhere else as i woman I feel most places try to rip us women off but here I know they are honest and genuine

2 years agoDon't accept card, had to walk to get cash out; wouldn't't allow me to drive, as they wouldn't trust me, even after offering to leave my £800 phone with them.... I wouldn't mind but it hmwas hammering it down. The tyre cost £35 ?

I had to take my young daughter with me while I got my tyres changed and honestly, they were amazing with her getting her to 'help' with little jobs and chatting away.
I cannot recommend them enough! Any issues with your tyres these guys are 100% the place to go!

They were honest and advised it could be fixed.
No messing very honest will definitely be happy recommending.

3 years agoTook my car today 16th jan for a puncher repair. My alloy was like brand new only had the car 4months been so careful with it because I know diamond cut alloys are expensive when I got the the alloy back was scuffed perfect all the way around….went back told him the machine scuffed my alloy he just said no my machine hasn’t done that so now I have to pay £65 for refurb out my own pocket. Won’t be going again!

5 years agoVery efficient and thorough job done every time. Good range or sizes and brands. Experienced staff and low waiting times. You can call ahead and check your size is available and they will fit it in minutes from when you arrive. Easy to access, just make sure you follow the one way systems out. Would definitely recommend and use again.
