Amazing extension fitting service by Anthony with help from Debbie! Really knowledgable, helpful and also gave lots of advice and asked me lots of questions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Such a brilliant salon and a nice atmosphere, I will definitely be back! Thank you :-)

Been visiting Contour for years now and love the place. Friendly environment, nice salon and very skilled staff. I have had colours, trims and restyles over the years and never disappointed. Anthony is an amazing colourist. My son now has his hair cut there by Carla, better than any barbers, she gave him a skin fade today that he described as "outstanding".

Had my appointment with Anthony on Tuesday as he's always been amazing,not sure how things went so badly this visit booked for a dark ash blonde with random blue highlights through it,was turned entirely blue then bk in with bleach then back in with blue just to try to fix it,left with very over over processed hair,he didn't remember to trim it an I had to go to another salon on the Thursday to pay to have someone else trim it an the blue after one cold was was all gone,2 days later my hair is an awful orange yellowy colour,extremely course at this point an I'm wondering how the hell a great hairdresser has managed to ruin my hair,only thing that was different this visit was Halloween decorations seemed to be a bigger priority for every single member off staff either way I will not return here after sitting there from 11-3 to have my hair botched

I had a lovely experience at the Salon yesterday. My first time there and I cannot believe how friendly,down to earth and professional the team are. Jess is a complete perfectionist who not only did a fantastic job but made me feel special but helped me achieve the perfect colour finish for me. Patient, friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommend a visit

I went a few months ago and completely forgot that I wanted to leave a review. I have only ever been to a hair salon one other time in my life, I was nervous to trust anyone else to do my hair, but I was immediately so comfortable, everyone was so nice. I believe the amazing woman who did my hair was called Jess, I’ve not got the best memory haha but I remember she had blonde hair. She took my hair from a dyed dark brown to this gorgeous blonde balayage in one session and only for around £130. 100% recommend to anyone nervous about getting their hair done.

I brought my 13yr old daughter in for a re-style this morning and the gentleman that did it did an amazing job! The hair style is gorgeous and he took so much time to make sure she was happy with the way it looked. Thanks so much, it's not easy to stick a smile on a teens face but you certainly did that! :D

I normally am not someone to put up reviews on Google, but I wanted to say how amazing Anthony was when doing my hair today. I have lived in Leigh now for nearly 8 years and have struggled to find a hair stylist who ticks all the boxes for me. Anthony did my hair in a balayage style after I messed up my own hair at home. He spent so much time and patience on my hair. It came out perfecy, it even got the seal of approval from my family too on how nice it looks. He was also a pleasure to talk to and all the staff there are truly amazing and down to earth. I honestly can't rate this salon high enough. Highly reccomend. Thanks Anthony. You will definitely be my only hair stylist going forward. X

I took my 4 year old daughter today for her hair cut, the gentleman who did it was so nice and made her feel like a princess. When we came out my daughter said that the best hair salon in the world , I will definitely be taking her back again.

I always have a positive experience. I’ve had hair extensions, styling, plaits, hair colours etc Always happy with the result. Lovely people. So much so, I visit on a weekly basis and have been using the salon for 15 years ? I’d definitely recommend. Thanks guys!

After my appointment I had a night our planned... after leaving the salon and looking in the mirrow when I got home i moved my hair from my face and found they left dark dye all around my hairline... all over my neck and over my pandora earrings (forgot to take pictures before I cleaned them) I rang hem and told them the situation and frantically asked them how to remove the dye as I was getting picked up in 20 mins... they advised me to use fairy liquid which did absolutely nothing! I messaged them on face book and showed them the pictures and asked what on earth can I do? ...... no reply I ended up staying in as I wasn't going out with dark brown dye all over my face. I messaged them again..... no reply A few days later I noticed that contour had read my messages and just ignored them. I messaged again explaining that reading my messages and igroring was very unprofessional and I wasnt happy about it....no reply So the next day I rang the salon and explained to the lady who answered I wasn't happy and felt like they had acted very unprofessional. All she could tell me was sometimes they dont go on Facebook and read the messages .... but, they HAD read the messages. I asked her to pass my number on to the owner and requested that he give me a ring to speak to me. She ensured me that she will pass on the message.....no reply. I messaged them again on face book.... they read it. No reply I rang the salon 4 times over the next month and requested tbe same thing. To give my number to the owner and I wanted to speak to him.... No reply Now I don't know if tbe owner actually got my messages so this review is no reflection on him but if he did get my messages and ignore me, that is shocking . I am still waiting for my phone call. I don't expect and communication from them. I know contour has good reviews but I would warn any customer that is considering going there you have to take into account that a really good salon are dependent on how they act when things go wrong aswell as the times they make a customer happy. So if anything goes wrong or the service isn't up to scratch for any reason dont expect any good communication. I felt that they had my money and didn't care about me as a customer when I had left the salon. So yeah. They have good reviews but be very wary.
