A lot to offer in store l could have spent all day there.Also l went for a power bank and they had a large selection.

2 years agoNot so much bargains these days, prices seem to be in line with everywhere else. The mini roundabout is a put off . I try to avoid it when its peak shopping times so i seldom visit.

2 years agoSo unprofessional no contact with staff or customer service what a joke ? I needed to know a product availability, no point in wasting time and a journey to a store if they don’t have it in stock .

2 years agoNeeded to take some paint back due to getting the wrong one but we never got a receipt, the first lady we spoke too was far to dismissive and rude, I won't mention her name as I'm not as rude but she told us we couldn't get money back without a receipt despite not recieving one during a busy period, a lovely very helpful lady by the name of Tracey however went above and beyond and went off for a few minutes manually looking for our transaction, she returned saying she had found it and given us the refund, Tracey is a credit to your company and deserves recognition for going out of her way to help, very much polar opposite to the first lady who's name I did clock.

2 years agoBeen to b&m Leigh parsonage store this morning the staff are very helpful and friendly,one of the ladies went out off her way to help me find what I was looking for and the girl on the till packed my bags for me .

2 years agoThe leigh parsonage store is modern, clean and large, stocked with everything expected from a B&m, and then a lot more furniture at the far end. It’s a far better store than some and definitely worth a nosey.

3 years agoIt's not a bad place to shop. They have quite a wide variety of stuff. They often have a queue at the checkout, and you need to keep an eye on the price on the shelf against the price scanned. The last time I shopped there one item was displayed in two locations with different prices shown. I asked the price at the checkout and it was different to both prices displayed. Ended up not buying it as the price at the checkout was dearer and the lady was happy not selling it rather than check it out.

3 years agoWide range of discounted products. I shopped here for years. But price inflation has certainly taken its toll. So take care as they are now more expensive than Sainsbury,s offers under the Smart shop App and Nectar. Sadly M

3 years agoRather small store with limited selection of products. Has more food and household cleaning than most other things. Very little gardening, building, DIY and car products. Alright for a general shop but not really good for DIY shopping

4 years agoWe had really excellent service at the store today, we were served by Peter Standish who looked after us when we bought a Patio Set. What was special was the way that he provided advice, located the extra cushions, cover and cushion box that we needed. Peter even brought all the items out to our car. Top quality customer service.

4 years agoThere was a horrid woman working here with a large red bin on her head and she would not help me look for something she just stood staring at me the store was empty apart from 1 or 2 people. She just said I don’t think we sell them. Very bad for someone who is disabled. I went and looked myself and found what I was looking for! Shame on her. There was however a very nice lady who called everyone “cockle” working on the till and she was extremely nice. Thanks to her my trip wasn’t a complete sham.

4 years agoItem displayed online has Good availability at the Leigh branch after travelling to the store, I was told its not in stock and their website isn't any good, Come on B&M and sort this out ,Its not the first time this has happened

5 years agoJust want to say how happy i was with the service i received off a lady called Janet at your store in Leigh . She was so polite and helpful and went out of her way to try find some mats for the ground for me. Big thumbs up!!!
